Wonderful apartment 200 meters from the beach, in one of the best areas of Gandia Beach. With two large parks nearby, mini golf, mattresses in the vicinity, reference restaurants in the area, supermarkets, etc.
This apartment has three bedrooms, two of them with ceiling fans, two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, a large living room with access to a West-facing terrace with fabulous views, and a kitchen with a gallery-laundry room. Furnished very practically and functionally for comfortable vacations, with air conditioning in the living-dining room and the main bedroom. It has a swimming pool with a children's pool and offers a community tennis court. Garage included in the price. Ideal place to spend a vacation in Gandia Beach.

NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE ARE ADMITTED (under thirty years old).
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linens and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toiletries/bathroom). Includes biweekly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous items. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them!
Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, starting at 1:00 PM. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
The beach of Gandia offers lifeguard service during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. During low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth experiencing. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
