Summary:
Mulberry House offers spacious comfortable, spacious and bright apartments with just flats per floor. A selection of one and two bedroom apartments are available, each with its own splash of personality and all with sofa beds for additional guests. Some even offer views of the London skyline. The spaces are ideal for couples, business travellers and groups.

The Space:
Lateral Two bedroom apartment on the fourth floor (with lift) and a fantastic south facing view of the City skyline.

This generously sized apartment is designed with the urban traveller in mind and is located on a quiet side street away from the main bustle. Approach the apartment via the fourth floor and then immediately walk through the hallway into the large reception room with a large bank of windows and an incredible south facing view of the City skyline. The reception room features a large sofa bed and dining area with tv and high ceilings. The open plan kitchen features a washing machine so that you can do some laundry and travel light, a dishwasher because who wants to do the dishes by hand, toaster and kettle, fridge, stove/hob, oven and microwave. We know how important it is for people with special dietary requirements to prepare food for themselves rather than rely on the understanding and cooperation of restaurants and you may not want to eat out all the time, so we make sure you have the added choice of self catering. Of course, there are plenty of pots and pans, cutlery and crockery for you to use.

There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king size bed, lots of wardrobe space and the second bedroom also sleeps two in a slightly smaller bed, Both bedrooms feature hotel quality bed linen, wardrobes with hangers, plenty of drawer space, TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and good quality towels for all guests. There is a modern family bathroom and a study area in the hallway. We will supply you with some toiletries on arrival and also put together a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and some snacks for when you arrive.

Good quality wifi is available in all our properties to help you plan your day's sightseeing, catch up on some work, keep in touch with friends and family back home or simply to relax after a busy day in the capital.

Guest Access:
Self check in means you can let yourself in with our detailed instructions anytime after 3pm although we recommend you arrive before 10pm if possible. Self check in means no guessing arrival times to meet your host of key handover or stressing about running late. Just turn up and let yourself in using our clear instructions.
Check out couldn't be easier; just vacate with your possessions by 10am and close the door behind you. Our housekeeping team will take care of the rest.

The Neighborhood:
Clerkenwell has a fascinating history and is home to London’s design industry, which hosts the annual Clerkenwell Design Week. Once known for its monasteries and prisons, it was the grimy backdrop for many of Charles Dickens's literary works as well as the birthplace of Marxism. It is now completely transformed into the Tech, advertising and architectural hub that it is now.

Getting Around:
Access to transport is excellent and the nearest station is the superbly connected Farringdon for Elizabeth, Circle, Hammersmith and City and Metropolitan lines as well as mainline rail stations. Fast trains direct to Luton and Gatwick airports make this an excellent choice in central London after you land. St Pancras International for Eurostar services to Continental Europe is just one stop away.
The London Stadium can be reached within 45 minutes by travelling direct to Stratford on the Elizabeth line, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium can be reached in 45 minutes by taking the Circle line and Overland train to Silver Street and Wembley Park can be accessed direct via the Metropolitan line in 50 minutes.

London apartment perfection!
This is our second time booking at this location and we will book here again. Location was perfect for our travel needs round London. Easy access to transit to move to all parts of London quickly. The Exmouth Market was a quick walk for many restaurant options. Several grocery stores nearby to grab

We loved the flat, view was fabulous but when we communicated with management about a number of things we were told staff would be there and we never saw them. It was minor stuff like housekeeping, towels, batteries for remote, TP...we took care of what we could on our own.

Great London Location
This property was located just a few minutes from an Underground station making it super easy to get around London. It had a lot of great restaurants within a short walk (no more than 10 minutes). From this flat to the Thames was less than a mile —super easy to walk. The view from the window was great —we could see the Shard. Overall it was a great place for us to stay. Be aware that the flat doesn’t have A/C. We were there in September and there wasn’t a need for it. There were fans in all rooms.

lovely but hot
Nice place, great location, beautiful view, but no air con, - and with south facing windows it was very very hot. Advertized as 2 bathrooms, yet there was only one. we managed just fine. Beds are quite firm which can be a plus or minus. 4th floor, and the elevator didn't work on one day, so be prepared for that possibility. Still, all in all a lovely stay.

Best view in Clerkenwell
Amazing stay in this south facing penthouse apartment. Stunning view of the City above rooftops with lots of natural light and sunshine. The place was sparkling clean and well equipped, with fresh linens and towels provided for each guest. Quiet, comfortable and a beautiful apartment. Highly recommended!

A three stars experience
I stayed for five nights and since the first day there were issues in the appartment (internet and tv not working, shower was comming off the wall). I sent a message about these issues to the customer service/maintenance and nobody came to fix any of these. Also, the elevator in the building is broken and it doen't come to the fourth floor, where the appartment is, so I had to take my baby and pram on the stairs to the 3rd floor everytime I wanted to go ouside. Apart from these, the location of the appartment is great.
