It's All Good in White Rock an Exceptional Vacation Accommodation at the beach!

First off is: the beach is not the pier, and the pier is not the beach. VRBO are deceptive idiots. We are not 15 minutes from the beach, we are a 15 minute walk to the pier. We are a one minute walk to the beach, as you can see from the photos. Just wanted to get that straight, since VRBO is not listening to home owners (me) who has reported this issue repeatedly. Save your money, book direct with It's All Good in White Rock.

Fantastic, private location with the beach in front and the ravine out back. It is a one of a kind vacation accommodation that can not be beat. A beautiful ground floor two bedroom suite with ocean views and reserved off street parking for two cars directly in front of the suite. Step inside the private entrance from the huge patio which is for your exclusive use. The patio has an ocean view and includes a propane BBQ with a side burner and both dining and lounging spaces. Besides being just steps from the beach and the start of the promenade, there is a fantastic ravine with easy hiking trails directly behind the house, which will take you to just 4 blocks from uptown White Rock. The start of dozens of restaurants along Marine Drive is just an 8 to 10 minute level stroll along the beach from the house. The famous White Rock Pier is exactly one kilometer away.

This 1200 SF home is nicely laid out, with comfortable furnishings and beautifully decorated. The large, recently renovated kitchen features a generous amount of cupboards and counter space. If you like to cook, you will be very pleased with how well stocked it is. There is a deep double sink, full size fridge/freezer, electric range and a dishwasher. The dining area comfortably seats ten when the table is expanded and has a full on, close view of the ocean from the dining area. There is plenty of seating in the living room area. A cozy gas fireplace completes the great room space. Both of the bedrooms and bathrooms have new luxury vinyl plank flooring. One bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, with nice bedding. It also has a large closet with mirrored doors. There is an updated full bath with a soaker tub/shower and a stacking washer and dryer right across the hall from this bedroom. The second bedroom also has a comfortable king size bed and a single size fold out cot. This bedroom has it's own updated ensuite bath with a walk in shower.

Close to the beach

Nice accommodations. Very clean and cozy. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoying the view of the ocean. Short walk to the promenade along the beach and a 15 minute walk to the pier. Lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. Better than staying in a hotel and we will definitely be back.

Perfect spot in white rock

We came to town for my sisters wedding which had been postponed due to covid a couple of times. The property owners were very accommodating with my reservation changes and even took the time to let me know there was a jazz festival going on that weekend. The property was very clean and modern. Lots of towels, glasses and plates, really anything you would ever need while on vacation. You could not ask for a better location, you look out from the dinning table to a beautiful ocean view. The pier, restaurants and coffee shops are a short walk away. Would highly recommend this property.

Great Location, Great place!

You are located on the lower level of a 3 story with nice views of the beach from the patio. Location is really good, and its an added bonus to have allocated parking spots right in front of the house. Place is charming and quiet, well stocked, and beds are comfortable. Beautiful Stay

This was a very nice and relaxing place to stay, with (walking and driving) access to just about everything you would need for a family of 5. One of the best things about this place was the access to the beach and local shops. Kari was wonderful - easy to contact and made sure we were comfortable and happy! I would recommend, especially if you choose to stay in the peaceful beach town of White Rock! We would love to stay again!

Great place!

This was a great place to stay. There was 8 of us which included 2 children. We had everything we needed and the host Karin was very accommodated. We were close to the beach and had a great view. It was a great location with a walking trail just behind into a beautiful area. The neighbourhood was quite and we felt very safe. Lovely home which is beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. We will be back!

Beautiful location

Clean suite with everything you need for a home away from home in an ideal location. Walk across the street to watch the sunrise and sunset over the ocean, or down the street to many restaurants and shops, or stroll the promenade and pier. Watch dolphins and seals in the bay. This was the perfect base for our stay in White Rock.

Great host. Great location

We had a great time during our stay. The host, Kaitlin, went out of her way to accommodate our large family and ensure that we had everything we needed for a weekend away. The location is in a quite area, with great beach views and a bright sunny patio. We were able to take a quick 5-10 min walk and be in the heart of strip with lots of restaurant and pub choices. The house was clean, the kitchen was great and I would definitely stay there again.

We sold that property to focus all of our time on living the dream of an almost beach front property in White Rock, that we can share with our guests. Why they chose this property

We have always loved White Rock, being that it is on the ocean with a small town feel, yet with all the amenities of a larger city. My husband has worked here for 30 years. We have looked at different properties over the years, but nothing seemed perfect for us. This house is.

What makes this property unique

We love the short, level walk to all of the restaurants on the promenade. Because this home is off of the strip, it is very quiet. The ocean views are awesome. There is always something going on, on the water. The green space directly behind the house is pretty great, too. The ravine trail is an easy and beautiful way to walk to uptown White Rock. All of the off street parking had a huge appeal for us, as parking is usually an issue this close to the beach.

The layout of the house itself is pretty great. Our living space is on the top floor, with our bedroom and guest rooms on the middle floor (both guest rooms are over the garage, not the suite), so there is very little sound transference, as we don't spend very much time on the middle floor, other than when going to bed, sleeping and getting up.
