Large villa centrally located in a quiet residential area of Benajarafe between Rincon de la Victoria and Torre del Mar. Only 2 minutes walk to elongated sandy beach and restaurants. The house is on 2 floors. The villa is functionally furnished with light wood furniture. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms. 1 with double bed and 1 with 2 bunk beds + single bed. 1 bathroom with shower. Large living room with open kitchen. French doors lead out from the living room to the lovely tiled patio with pool and sea views. In the 2nd floor. there are 3 bedrooms. 1 with double bed, 1 with 4 bunk beds and 1 with 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms. In addition, a spacious living room with direct access to the large covered terrace with a great sea view as well as an outdoor kitchen with sink and barbecue. Large bright kitchen. The 2 floors are linked by a small patio in the middle while also having their own separate entrance.

Very relaxing for a trip with friends

We had a great time in this accommodation! The only bad thing were some cockroaches.. but all in all it was very nice :)

Practical

Great and spacious house. Lovely and big pool. All necessary amenities. A few improvements would be good - the cupboards were very dirty inside - the pillows were very uncomfortable and impractical - the pool could have done with a proper clean half way through our stay - more light needed around the barbecue - more rubbish bins needed, so rubbish can be sorted / recycled Overall though a good house. Well protected against bugs. The food at arrival provided was very good and good value.

Fabulous Villa, close to amenities

We had a very comfortable stay in this Villa, lots of space for 10 of us. Air conditioning was brilliant and kept all rooms cool when required. Lovely balcony with sea views, a nice place to sit in the shade, enjoy family meals, relax, read, and enjoy time together. We also enjoyed the large TV in the living room and enjoyed watching films through Netflix . Pool side furniture could do with updating but was adequate for us, could do with more umbrellas provided to help cool off around the pool. Plenty of kitchen equipment provided for cooking, the 2 large fridges were great. Lovely stay in walking distance of the beach, fabulous cafe/breakfast/cocktail bar at the end of the road. We would definitely return. Great for 2 families to holiday together.
