Newly renovated to a high standard the accommodation has 6 en suite bedrooms each of them have a bathroom. There are 3 en suite bedrooms and a brand new fully equipped kitchen and 3 additional en suite bedrooms on the ground floor. The villa can be rented as either a 3 bedroom or a 6 bedroom accommodation. Plenty of outside seating and dining areas in sun or shade. A stunning swimming pool with a beautiful view. We only rent for 6 or more..
There is a lot of space for car parking, near the villa there are some restaurants at walk distance.

Traumhafter Urlaub mit 10 Personen und Hund

Unterkunft sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und zuverlässig. Pool und Gartenanlage top gepflegt. Frühstück gegen Aufpreis möglich. Preis absolut in Ordnung. Ausflüge von Unterkunft möglich, dabei muss jedoch Zeit und Geduld für die Anfahrt eingeplant werden

A place to experince

A lovely place, magical view and surroundings. The hosts are very nice and friendly. Also good for day trips to Nice/Monaco/Sanremo. The small village of Dolceaqua is a must to visit.

wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick

Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas abseits in den Bergen, Aussicht ist wunderschön. Unsere Erwartungen wurden Vorort übertroffen. Lucia und ihre Familie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Im Laufe unseres Aufenthaltes wurden wir mehrmals bekocht, natürlich gegen Bezahlung. Das Essen war fantastisch. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist top, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Besonders gut hat uns der Pool gefallen, denn dort waren wir komplett für uns. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder!

Great accommodation.

The accommodation is great. It is clean and you have a lot of space. The pool is lovely with a beautiful view. The host lady and gentleman are extremely nice and helpful. And they can cook very well! The first time we drove there we had to get used to the road, it is very narrow, but if you are careful it is no problem. We were with cars and made several trips, for that it is a good location! Thanks for the nice stay!

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist gross und sauber, der poll ist der Hammer mit einem wunderschönem Ausblick. Nur weiter zu empfehlen.

Fantastic place and great hosts

Very nice property and fantastic welcome from the owners that lives at the lives in part of the property. The kids loved the pool area that overlooks the valley and the sea in the far distance. Some great walk to the village Perinaldo (30min) and to Dolce aqua (1h). You can play tennis in Dolce Aqua which is a 20min away by car. The propery itself is clean and new with a great kitchen and lovely outdoor area for dinner. away. The owners are absolutely fantastic and very freindly offering fresh eggs and herbs. They helped out finding a tennis coach. In short we had a great stay. The only potential improvement is the wifi that is a bit unstable, but a minor issue. Lovely simple restaurant that serves wholesome food and own produced wine just next door a few minutes walk away.
