Charming thatched cottage, peaceful and relaxing, on a 2000 sqm lot with trees and view of the sea. Close to the beaches and coves - 200 m from the sea.

Sleeping capacity: 8 persons, ideal for a family or a group of friends.
Equipped kitchen opened on the living room with sofa-bed/TV and lounge - 1 mezzanine bedroom for 2 - 1 room with bunk bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 (good mattress) - 1 shower room/WC.
The garden has many flowers, and sometimes, you will have a visit of animals like dears, etc.

Exceptional place for swimming, hiking, windsurfing, scuba diving. surf, fishing, paddle board, and any other water sports. Superb fine sandy beaches. Many coastal paths for hiking and cycling. Child friendly.

Restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are close by. Brest, Quimper are the 2 closest big cities. The village of Locronan, listed historic village, is 30 min by car.

Bretagne pur

Ein wunderschönes Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit tollen Aussichten und einem guten Kamin. Der Garten ist riesig und lädt zum entspannen ein. Bei gutem Wetter, entweder in der Sonne oder im Schatten. Wir haben die Ruhe und die Natur genossen und sind erholt nach Hause gefahren.

Ein Traumurlaub in der Bretagne

In dem schönen Haus mit großem hübschen Garten hatten wir einen traumhaften Familienurlaub! Der Blick zum Meer durch den Garten, der kurzen Weg die Straße runter zum Bootssteg, die ganzen Halbinsel Crozon mit den vielen schönen Stränden und Orten werden uns lange in Erinnerung bleiben! Das Haus ist geräumig, bestens eingerichtet und hat eine nette Betreuung vor Ort! Nur zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank!

Cadre magnifique

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cette magnifique maison très bien agencé Le soleil était de parti et nous avons pu faire une grande balade sur un sentier côtier à partir de Camaret sur mer Je conseille car au bout du sentier vous arrivez sur une magnifique plage Le contact avec le propriétaire s’est très bien passé ainsi qu avec Claire qui nous a reçu A refaire

Chaumière de charme au cœur de la Bretagne sauvage : magnifique !

Avec deux jeunes enfants, nous avons pu visiter la presqu’île de Crozon et d’autres sites remarquables du Finistère Sud depuis l’emplacement idéal de la maison. Vue sur mer, grand jardin, charme fou. Intérieur cosy, décoré avec goÛt, adapté pour 2 adultes et 2 ou 3 enfants. Accueil extrèmement chaleureux de Claire.

Mit Stil und Seeblick

Das großzüge Haus liegt an einem Hang am Ortseingang von Roscanvel. Von dort wie auch vom großen Garten mit Freisitz geht der Blick nach Osten und Süden auf die Ile Longue sowie die vorgelagerte Bucht. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll rustikal mit vielen maritimen Accessoires und gemütlich, ein Kaminofen vorhanden. Die offene Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Ein Backofen, ein zusätzlicher Kühl-Gefrier-Schrank sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen im Hauswirtschaftsraum. Das Haus verfügt über ein Bad mit Dusche. Es ist gut geeignet für zwei Erwachsene und zwei bis drei Kinder (Etagenbett + Schlafcouch im Kinderzimmer). Bei Übergabe war das Haus gereinigt und gelüftet; sehr penible Menschen könnten allerdings an versteckten Stellen etwas Staub finden. Ein Haus zum wohlfühlen, auch wenn es mal regnet.

Emplacement magnifique

Excellent séjour. Emplacement magnifique avec vue superbe sur l’océan. La maison est très bien entretenue Avec une décoration très soignée et tout le nécessaire. Beaucoup de jeux également pour les enfants ainsi qu’un très grand et beau jardin. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Un havre de paix...

Nous avons passé quelques jours merveilleux dans un environnement de toute beauté, à commencer par le jardin parfaitement entretenu qui plonge dans la mer. La maison est charmante, très bien équipée, très silencieuse. A 10mn de voiture ou à pied vous vous retrouvez au bout du monde dans des coins de paradis insoupçonnés. Encore un grand merci à Claire qui nous a accueillies chaleureusement et à Laurence la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et bienveillance. Nous reviendrons !

Séjour agréable

Même si la météo ne fut pas au rendez-vous, nous avons profité d'une maison agréable, fort bien équipée avec une vue remarquable. La personne qui nous a accueillis, a été de bon conseil quant aux sites à découvrir . Un séjour à reconduire...

Charming house with lovely views.

What a charming house well-situated above Roscanvel with views to the sea in three directions. Coffee in the big garden was an absolute treat! Comfortable accomodation with a nice new shower/toilet room. Unfortunately the walk-in shower didn't drain well (even though my husband took the drain cover off and cleaned the drain thoroughly of previous guest's hair) so we regularly flooded the bathroom. Early in the morning of our second night in the house the electricity suddenly went off while we were sleeping which shut off my husband's C-PAP machine. So at 4:30 AM we were all awake and trying to find out what had happened. We didn't have electricity for about 12 hours so couldn't use the stove or oven or turn on the lights or use the wall sockets. Suddenly the power came back on, but a few hours later it was off again. The owner was on vacation in another country so when contacted asked various neighbors to come over to try their hand at figuring out what was wrong. They were all very helpful and very friendly! One neighbor turned off the hot water heater and forgot to turn it back on so we were also without warm water for a day until my husband was able to get it back on! The electrical fail happened 4 times over the space of 5 days until my husband finally found the source of the problem, fixed it, and for the rest of our stay we had no more problems. When the cleaner came to inspect the house before we left we explained to her what the problem was so hopefully no one else will have the electrical problems that we had. One other source of stress was the fact that the day before we left our home for the long journey to Roscanvel and less than a week before we were to arrive we received a long email informing us that we : -had to rent the bed linens and towels at an additional cost or bring our own. -would be required to clean the house to the owner's standard before we left or pay an additional fee to have it cleaned. As I had booked the house a full 6 months ahead and paid all the fees on time and in full I didn't appreciate being informed of these extra costs at the last minute! If I had been informed early on I could have planned accordingly. All that said, it was a wonderful vacation in a beautiful location!

Schönes Landhaus mit Blick aufs Meer

Wunderschönes Landhaus mit direktem Blick auf das Meer, einem Kamin sowie einem wirklich toll angelegten großen Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit und großer Sonnenterrasse. Das Haus lässt an Nichts vermissen und ist überdurchschnittlich gut mit allen möglichen Dingen, wie zum Beispiel Haushaltsgeräten, Kinderspielzeug und Besteck/Geschirr, die man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt, ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt und einen sehr entspannten Urlaub genossen. Jederzeit wieder!

When we saw this small house, it was love at first sight, or rather, this small thatched cottage. This house of character is welcoming and you can see the sea from 3 positions. The area is very quiet. We come to recharge our batteries during each holiday and we would love to share our paradise.
