Construction work next door ruined stay
Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm construction work in property next door and overlooking us ruined what should have been a good holiday. We asked prior to booking if there were any issues we should be made aware of and nothing was mentioned. My teenage daughters wouldn’t sunbathe around the pool as workmen were looking in! Agent tried to help but the owner offered no compensation! Very disappointed!

Several issues considering the price
A lovely villa however several maintenance issues. Upper balcony door very difficult to open and close, microwave not working properly, grill and one dishwasher not working, upper balcony lights not working, only 6 sun loungers for a 12 person villa, slabs around pool fell off twice whilst one of party were standing on them and some issues with infinity pool. not as well equipped as previous villas we have rented. It would have been helpful to have had an information manual for equipment. That said, managers were quick to respond to our issues which included not having any water for several hours. It is only 5 mins from beach however this was via many steps or very steep slopes so coming back up took much longer and was difficult for very young or older guests. We did enjoy our holiday but this villa was not up to our expectations for the price

Praktisk villa, fin utsikt, trenger vedlikehold.
Villaen er stor og passer for 2 familier. Fin utsikt. Praktisk kjøkken. Høy pris i forhold til standard. Boligen begynner å bli slitt, og trenger vedlikehold. Badeskuffer kan ikke åpnes, det er et sprukket glass rundt basseng, og skap med kjemikalier står åpent( farlig for små barn). Må gå gjennom det elektriske i huset.Vi fikk kun en nøkkel og var to familier, det ble utfordrende når vi gjorde ulike ting. Belligenheten er god.

Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht!!!
Wir waren 1Woche mit der Familie dort (10 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) leider ist das Haus schon sehr abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen. Es war teilweise dreckig, Vorhänge oder Raffrollos waren kaputt, Lampenschirme defekt, die Spülen in den Küchen dreckig verkalkt und der Abfluss roch stark! Die Betten sind alt und durchgelegen. Im Außenbereich standen Loungesessel zu Verfügung mit weißen Sitzkissen. Diese waren so dreckig, dass ich mich beschwerte und um Reinigung bat. Dies wurde anstandslos gemacht, allerdings hatten wir 4 Tage keine Sitzkissen! Der Pool sollte eigentlich 2x die Woche gereinigt werden - Der „Poolboy“ war zwar da, aber goss nur die Blumen, mehr nicht! Dementsprechend da der Pool auch aus ! Barrierefrei war das Haus leider auch nicht. Es waren 2 Waschmaschinen im Haus vorhanden - eine konnte aus hygienischen Gründen gar nicht genutzt werden! Kakerlaken hatten wir auch ziemlich viele ( wir wissen, dass die Tiere auf Mallorca normal sind) jedoch konnten wir schon von einem Befall sprechen mit 20 Stck. am Tag! Auch hier wurden anstandslos Fallen für uns aufgestellt! Alles in allem stimmt hier die Preis- Leistung einfach nicht!

Amazing stunning clean spacious had everything you need
When the air con is on upstairs you can’t have it on downstairs at the same time but apart from that everything was perfect Small problem with swimming pool on one of the days but sorted out promptly and caused no issue Highly recommend We had 8 adults 2 children and 2 babies The cove is nearby but if you want a sandy beach there is a very small one 10 minutes away or a larger one past the marina which is a half hour walk or so Lovely restaurant only a road away Views were beautiful Would definitely stay again
