The studio, very bright and quiet, overlooking a well-kept internal courtyard, has just been completely renovated and furnished in classic Tuscan style (works completed in June 2017).
The building is a typical Florentine palace of the fourteenth century, as can be seen from the coat of arms on the façade, with a very well-kept entrance, stairs in pietra serena and antique prints of Florence;
it is said that the famous artist Botticelli was born in this building, although it is not known exactly which room.
The house has a bedroom / living room with an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower cabin and a window.
The coffered wooden ceiling is original.
The guest will rent the entire apartment.
Kit includes towels, linens and bedspreads. The beds are prepared with hotel-grade sheets and top-quality towels (a large shower curtain, a face cloth and the third bidet per person), soap and shampoo, vanity kit and cap.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, fridge with freezer, kettle, microwave, hairdryer, LCD TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection, bluetooth docking station and induction cooker with everything you need.
Baby bed available upon request.
