Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement, bien équipé, spacieux, avec une belle vue sur le port et un large balcon, proche du centre ville et de la plage.D'après nous, il serait souhaitable que les draps, serviettes et torchons soient fournis et inclus dans le prix de la location. A noter quelques petits défauts facilement remédiables : manque de cuillères à café, nous avons du acheter une cafetière à piston (que nous vous avons laissée), une cafetière électrique serait bienvenue ainsi qu'une bouilloire et quelques ingrédients de base tels que poivre, huile, vinaigre. Il manquait également du savon à mains dans les salles de bain. Globalement nous sommes satisfaits et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

We never had problems ( we are clients from Cruañas (Habitat) from 1998) until this year. The apartment next to ours was under construction. We where there for 4 weeks and had terrible noise for 20 days of our vacation of 28 days 😡 Habitat didn’t informed us about this when we arrived for our stay, then it was possible for us to refuse the apartment and asked for an other one.I had to go for 10 times to the office. We think they did not take us seriously. Martin only wanted to speak to us by telefone. We where not amused. It made us angry. We asked them to solve the problem. After many talks we got €300.00 back. But we got it back when we where home. We think this amount of money is not right, we paid €2300 for the 4 weeks stay and we think, seen the problems, a minimum reduction of €100 a week was the least to accept. We have told this during one of our talks about the problems. We are still verry disappointed in Habitat !!! Unbelievable after all that years. Gwen en Ron Ferwerda
