Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist OK

Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit Home for Guest , Katastrophe. Mal in Englisch dann wieder in Spanisch ? Geschirrspüler ist nicht vorhanden aber deklariert. Die 20 Schritte zum Meer sollte man auch nicht so Ernst sehen. Renovierungsstau in der Gesamten Wohnung aber nichts Gravierendes. Wohnung ist ansonsten Sauber. Kann man Buchen.......

Observar que la vivienda es gestionada por una empresa inmobiliaria.

Me alojé en el apartamento 5 noches con mi familia. Como aspectos positivos es de destacar en primer lugar la ubicación de la vivienda, en segunda línea de mar, la zona es bastante tranquila, se permite el descanso, la amplitud de la vivienda, cuenta con dos habitaciones, dos baños, la limpieza en el interior de la vivienda también lo valoro positivamente. Como aspectos negativos,destaco la gestión por parte de la empresa inmobiliaria que la regenta, dado que las condiciones de alquiler no son las mismas que se refleja en la página de vrbo, generando un engaño. Se aporta la información detallada de la misma una vez realizado el pago del alquiler y la fianza, no antes. La comunicación con la empresa también es deficitaria, vía email. Un ejemplo claro de ello fue que el primer día de alojarnos, nos despertamos con un ruido de obras en el mismo edificio, observando que dicha obra llevaba tiempo, por lo que, manifesté mi malestar a la empresa, dado que tenían que haberme informado de dicha situación antes de la reserva o haberme compensando por dicho disturbio de alguna forma. No se dio ninguna de estas circunstancias. El mantenimiento de la vivienda es deficitario, en lo que respecta a las humedades, las cuales están presentes en las dos habitaciones, pasillos y salón. Decir que el portón de entrada del mismo no contaba con la limpieza necesaria, las escaleras estaban sucias. El horario de salida de la vivienda es muy ajustado a 10.00h.

Wunderschöne praktische Wohnung mit Blick aufs Meer

Wir genossen 7 Tage in der Wohnung im ersten Stock. Anfangs war die Aufschließen von 3 Türen irritierend. Die Wohnung liegt nur 20m von der kleinen Promenade, wo es auch Parkplätze gibt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Fast alles war in sehr gutem Zustand und entspricht der Beschreibung auf der Homepage. Der Wind pfeift manchmal etwas laut und man muss innen die eine oder andere Tür schließen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es 2 kleine Restaurants und einen Supermarkt. Der Ausflug zum Leuchtturm ist ein tolles Highlight.
