When you arrive at the StayCation, you will want to head to the door on your left. This is where you will enter your personalized code.

Staycation is directly across the street from Smiles with Miles. A sports bar and eatery. Boonedocks and Jimmy Johns is also across the street.

To the south of the property is the former parsonage. This area is for you to use for entertaining, games, bon fire, etc. To the west, at the back of the church is storage for chairs and grill.

Staycation in Arnold’s Park-Sleeps 32

Good place

This was a good place to stay. My only gripe is that finding the checkout information was hard to find. In my email it simply said take your belongings but right before we left I found a list on the fridge of the things needed before checkout. This left us scrambling to get that completed. Otherwise this was a great place and a great location.

Excellent Property!!!

Its tough to give this property a 5 star rating because it should be a 6 or 7 star rating!!! The property truly exceeded all of our expectations. There were 10 of us for a Father/son extended weekend and everyone was very happy. There were so many "extras" at the property that we weren't expecting. Its a great location and a great property! We will absolutely stay here again.

Perfect property for large group

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO property and must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. This VRBO property combines a fully equipped kitchen, fantastic entertainment options, and an ideal location near various attractions to provide an unforgettable vacation experience. Sherri ensures that any questions or concerns are promptly addressed. Check in and out was easy. We had over 20 people staying at this property, and we had more than enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. Would highly recommend for a large family getaway/gathering!

Our Favorite Place

StayCation has been our place to stay for the past 3 years. Each year we love it even more! This year, there were lots of new updates and labeling that made the experience even better. We love the entire place, as it can hold all of our friends! The location is perfect for us as well, as it is a quick walk to Boji Boat Works and all of the places we want to explore. Lastly, Sherri is AMAZING. Every year, she has communicated with us, been super helpful, and accommodated our group! We are already looking forward to our trip next year! :)

Family fun!!

Plenty of room to have fun with different ages! Location was excellent to get on lake with our son’s pontoon. Plenty of places to walk to for food or beverages. Favorite things were mini golf, fishing, swimming and the escape room at Arnold’s Park!

Family Vacation

This was perfect for us as we have a large family. We had plenty of room to spread out and the kids were able to play freely throughout the house. It was within walking distance or very short drive to beaches, Arnold’s Park and so much more. It was a wonderful place to stay and felt like home away from home. Will definitely consider staying here again for another family vacation.

Wonderful location, great place for a family reunion

This house fit us perfectly; it was like having our own hotel on the second floor, with a spacious place to gather and eat in the basement. Everyone had enough space, and it was a very convenient location

Awesome Experience!

Stayed here for my bachelorette party and couldn't have picked a better spot! It was spacious and the full kitchen was exactly what we needed. The communication from StayProperties was great. It's in the best location being walkable to the Ritz and the Okoboji Store and even downtown to the bars. Highly recommend.

Great place for family

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location to walk to places (by a busy road that is hard to cross though!). We had a large family there and everything was clean and accessible. Thank you for hosting us!

Plenty of space for a large group! Comfortable beds and well furnished. Kitchen had plenty of space for all of our pot luck meals.
