Situated on the outskirts of the main Town, it is a well-kept and easily accessible area, Blaenau lies at the centre of Snowdonia National Park that’s full of exciting things to do everyday all within a 20 mile radius of the home.
The views from the property are of rugged mountains beautiful in colour in the sunshine and Moody and dark in the rain. an ever changing landscape. The area is generally quite quiet and is just a 5 minute walk to Town.
This really is not what it says on the tin, full of surprises it is an old cottage thats been reinvented so when you close the door and step inside it’s magic! if you love locations like this, it's wild, romantic with incredible walks practically everywhere, everywhere you can see you can walk and then to stay in a comfortable warm dry home from home..can't beat it!

Close to major tourist attractions, Porthmadog and Betws y Coed, central to everything that's exciting to do, it is also a most relaxing place if you really just wish to sit read and sip a glass of wine , cook in the fabulous kitchen not wanting for anything, so just relax and look at the panorama. Maybe bird watching from the balcony, this certainly has the wow factor!
It's on 4 floors, walk into the welcoming hall into the open-plan large kitchen dining and sitting room then down the hall to the sun room with balcony off, while away the hours here.

The steam railway run to Porthmadog then on to, canaervon, from most places in the park you'll hear the sound of the steam engines, it becomes quiet comforting that wherever you are and hear it your home!

Now this is a holiday home which certainly isn't 'what it says on the tin'! From the front this pretty mid terrace appears just that, however once inside you are greeted with a spacious family home set over four floors all of which have been tastefully and extensively refurbished to a high standard. Starting at the lower ground floor there is a cosy lounge, it has a bathroom and a separate room currently used as a storage.

Up on the ground floor is an impressive open plan contemporary kitchen and dining room and a light and bright sun room which has French doors leading out to a balcony which allows you to take in the amazing mountainous backdrop beyond! On the first floor are two bedrooms and a family bathroom with the 17' master bedroom on the second floor. Externally there is a private and sunny decked area to the rear which leads down to a low maintenance gravelled courtyard.
Blaenau Ffestiniog is a former mining town and a rustic, picturesque village, famous for the Ffestiniog narrow gauge steam railway line and a favourite with walkers and outdoors enthusiasts. In this semi rural town you will find an array of shops, cafes, public houses and additional amenities as well as a host of leisure facilities including swimming pool and the nearby outdoor activity centres including the famous Zip World!
