About this property
Stunning, central & spacious town house
This big, 4 storey town house is in the best location! At the top of Regency Square, it's just 2 minutes walk from the sea, cafes, restaurants, pubs & shopping. It's all close by!
It has 4 bedrooms and sleeps a group of 12 comfortably with a huge super king bed, a double, 2 singles, bunk beds, and a sofa bed so plenty of space for everyone. There are also 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen/diner.
The entire house is completely newly renovated, decorated and furnished. It really is stunning!
The space
Enter via a private entrance on the ground floor into the lovely bright lounge with comfy sofa, window seat and double sofa bed. There's also a desk space if you need to work during your stay and an internet-enabled TV so no missing your favourite TV shows or movies!
Downstairs is the gorgeous kitchen and dining area with a big, bright, stripey SMEG fridge, SMEG dishwasher and big dining table that seats up to 12. Everything you'll need to make a delicious brunch or dinner is provided in the kitchen for you and there's plenty of Pukka teas and coffee so please help yourself.
Up on the first floor is the Pop Art bedroom with a huge super king bed, a single chair bed, space to hang and store your clothes, cute little dressing table, hair dryer (there's one in each of the bedrooms - we've really tried to pay attention to all the details to ensure an amazing stay!) and full length mirror. There's also the Bunk bedroom with 2 full sized single beds, a dressing table and hanging space. There's a lovely shower room with sink and toilet on this floor.
Up onto the second floor you'll find 2 more bedrooms and another big bathroom. The Mono bedroom has 2 single beds, a single chair bed, a dressing table, space to hang your outfits up and a mirror. There's also the Yellow bedroom on this floor with a double bed and built in wardrobe so plenty of storage. The big bathroom with shower into bath, sink and toilet is also on this floor.
The house has some quirky art and bits and pieces too - check out the art on the walls, from Banksy style wall art to original work from CassetteLord, a well known local stencil artist whose work you will see scattered around town. Lovers of music will notice a couple of guitars including a beautiful acoustic Fender.
Our house does not have a garden, however there is large green space in the middle of the square less than a minute walk from the house. Young guests may also enjoy the nearby beach playground which boasts sand pits, climbing frames, water play features and a popular paddling pool (closed during winter). We highly recommend coffee and chai tea in the quirky cafe just opposite the playground entrance.
You may also be interested to know that...
- We can offer overnight secure parking in the car park around the corner - please request details when you book.
- Fresh bed linen and plenty of towels are provided for all guests.
- There's also excellent free Wifi.
Guest access
You will have the whole house to yourselves during your stay.
Other things to note
Young children are welcome; we provide a high chair, cutlery and crockery for toddlers and there is a 'hidden' treasure chest with toys for them to play with (please check the contents of the box before giving it to children to ensure they are safe and age appropriate). A travel cot is available - please ask in advance of your stay.

About the host

Hi and welcome to Brighton. Gordana and I moved down from London ten years ago when she got a job here by mistake! We stayed because of the amazing vibe in the city and phrase 'Anything goes' describes just how laid back and open people in the city are.
We haven't looked back since and now have a young family. Of course the beautiful sea was another reason to stay. We're members at the local sailing club and if you're on the beach on a Sunday morning you'll likely see us hanging hurtling along on a scary dinghy catamaran.
Feel free to ask for advice on where to go out and what to do whilst you're here. Wishing you a lovely stay.
