Lovely little house for rent, completely renovated in 2017 in the chic ethnic style, Casita Javea is located in the seaside resort of Javea. Located in a green urbanization, quiet and secure, you will feel at home. The Javea (El Arenal) sandy beach is just 500 meters away and can be reached on foot. Close to the Casita you can enjoy the restaurants, bars, shops of Javea, as well as a supermarket located 200 meters.

With all the necessary comforts, the house has a private pool, a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and plancha, a naya (covered terrace), a fully equipped kitchen, all small appliances and a parking space. Designed to accommodate up to 4 people, the Casita has 2 bedrooms with double bed, a shower room, a dining room and a lounge with TV and internet.

This small house has all the attractions of a villa with the advantage of being able to enjoy the proximity of all amenities.

Schöne Unterkunft
Wir verbrachten 2 tolle Wochen in diesem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Häuschen. Zu Fuß zum Strand gut machbar, Pool klein, aber ausreichend. Sehr bequeme Betten! In der Küche alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Nur die Außenbestuhlung könnte etwas bequemer sein.

Hemos pasado una semana en familia espectacular. Urbanización muy tranquila, un pequeño oasis del que disfrutar y sentirse como en casa. Ideal para ir con niños, disfrutan muchísimo de la piscina. Está muy cerca del Arenal, en apenas 10 minutos puedes llegar a pie. Nos ha encantado, repetiremos seguro.

Très agréable maison
Nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Tout est charmant et la literie est d’excellente qualité, nous avons dormi comme des bébés ce dont nous avons peu l’occasion le restant de l’année. Merci à Phil pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Ideal for us as like some privacy, quiet location not far from facilities. Bungalow is pleasantly appointed, pool is not large although is perfect for a bob or a splash around.

Fijn verblijf
Wij hebben hier twee heerlijke weken beleefd. De bungalow is mooi en schoon. De bedden liggen prima en de douche is heerlijk. De bungalow is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het strand is op loopafstand en het is lekker rustig bij de bungalow. En de mensen die we hebben gesproken zijn allemaal erg aardig.

Very nice bungalow

Estupenda casa
Alojamiento muy bien situado, cerca de la playa, todos los elementos de la casa en buen estado, modernos y correctos. La piscina está perfecta y el exterior también. Cuenta con barbacoa de gas para poder cocinar en el exterior. Pequeños puntos de mejora: creo que el anuncio debería indicar que el A/C solo está instalado en la sala de estar. Es preciso indicar que no se proporcionan toallas para la playa, que la cocina y baños no cuentan con los elementos básicos como jabón de fregar o papel higiénico.

La casita es muy agradable y corresponde muy bien a la presentación del anuncio. Está muy bien cuidada y equipada. Los alrededores son poco agradables, pero está cerca de la playa y el supermercado está al lado. Las casas de alrededor se alquilan y había bastante fiesta, pero se respetó bastante bien el horario de descanso.

Nos tocó la china
La casita es una monada es tal cual aparece en el anuncio. Perfectamente limpia y la decoración preciosa. Los colchones y almohadas estupendos. Menaje de cocina completo, sí hechamos de menos el microondas pero tiene un horno estupendo. En cuestión de manteles y paños de cocina también bien. La piscina limpia. Sólo tenemos un pero, que por desgracia Sonia no tiene la culpa que haya gente desagradable y mal educada por el mundo. Mi ventana del dormitorio estaba en diagonal con el jardín de unos vecinos demasiados ruidosos para unas vacaciones relajadas tan necesitadas por nosotros. Entramos un sábado (la fiesta duró hasta las 6 de la mañana con música por todo lo alto) y no hemos podido dormir hasta el miércoles (los demás días sin música pero con carcajadas hasta las tantas). Sábado y domingo la conserje no está. Cuando nos pusimos en contacto con la conserje habló con ellos y se calmaron, eso sí cuando llegaban de fiesta a portazos y voces. Error por nuestra parte no llamar a la policia desde el primer día pero somos pacíficos y pasamos de rollos sobre todo en vacaciones. Otro detalle es que el de mantenimiento de la piscina fué a las 6.38 a.m de la mañana y justo mi ventana queda encima de donde se abren las puertas para comprobar lo de la piscina ( me asusté y me levante a ver quien andaba en el jardín). Yo entiendo que empiece pronto su trabajo por el calor, pero a las 8 es una hora prudencial y más con el ajetreo de los días anteriores. Como conclusión la casa es perfecta siempre y cuando los vecinos sean tranquilos.

De woning biedt alles wat de advertentie belooft en meer! Nog nooit een keuken gehad die zo uitgerust was, echt alles was aanwezig. De woning is tot in detail afgewerkt in een boho thema en ademt vakantiegevoel. Het zwembad is niet groot maar meer is niet nodig. Rustige buurt en geen lawaai ‘s nachts. Zeer comfortabele bedden en kussens. Hier is aan alles gedacht. Enige minpunt was dat onze kinderen in 1 bed moesten slapen, maar dat wisten we op voorhand.

Todo me ha parecido genial. La casa es perfecta para 4 personas, tiene de todo y si está cerca de la playa, 8 minutos andando tranquilamente. Y la persona que te recibe es encantadora. El wifi genial. Repetiremos.

La casa esta fenomenal, con todo lo necesario, limpio y nuevo. La localización es buena, cerca de la playa, supermercados y todo lo necesario. Por poner una pega, la WiFi no funciona muy bien. La piscina es un lujo.

Petite Maison à proximité de la plage à la décoration soignée et bien équipée. Ce logement est plutôt conçu pour des adultes et non pour des enfants. Environnement calme permettant de se reposer tout en bénéficiant de la proximité des magasins et de la mer. Seul bémol, pas de climatisation, ni ventilateur dans les chambres (Seulement dans le salon). Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
