AL03 - Modern 2 bed and 1 bath apartment in El Alamillo, Puerto de Mazarron

This lovely two bed and one bath apartment is located on walking distance from the BLUE FLAG beaches of Bay of Puerto de Mazarron, restaurants, entertainment area and a sports complex!!! Big communal POOL, Private PARKING SPACE and a partial sea view from the balcony.

The modern apartment is located in a small complex called Terazzas del MAR II in El Alamillo. The apartment is on the first floor with a few stairs. The accommodation comprises an open plan kitchen, living / dining area, bath room and 2 bedrooms. The living room is very spacious and bright and combines with the terrace from where you can enjoy the partial sea view. The balcony also overlooks the communal pool. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge freezer and is furnished with plenty of storage space and appliances and washing machine. There is a dining table with four chairs for eating inside.

The apartment has 2 bright bedrooms, one has a double bed and a fitted wardrobe and the other one has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe. The bath room has a bath with shower cubicle, Wc and basin.

The apartment has A / C in the living room, which also serves as heating in the cooler months. With aircon run by a card meter system guests can buy cards on arrival from the local Representatives and 10 euros credit is included. There are also ceiling fans. Smoking allowed on terrace only. Pets are not allowed.

Guest registration in Spain is a mandatory requirement for all accommodation establishments. In this case, the Guest Registration Law implies that owners and managers of tourist accommodation must register their guests and send the information to the competent authorities. The new decree (ROYAL DECREE 933/2021) comes into force on December 2, 2024.
