Although the location is spot on with it being in close proximity to most of the city spots there were a few issues. The listing says there are three bathrooms, however, after we checked in we realized one of the bathrooms was locked. Got no response from the person that checked us in and had to get a hold of the property manager. It was only then that we were told that the third bathroom was out of order and cannot be used. Table in the kitchen was a little sticky. There was a lack of some basic amenities, so we had to make some trips to the grocery for soap and toilet paper ( some was provided but not enough for four people). No extra linens in the house because they assume that two people would share a bed instead of one of the pullout couches.
We had a wonderful week in Florence. The apartment was spacious and very centrally located. We were able to move around the city easily. The accommodated our need for early check in and we’re extremely helpful throughout the planning process.
Check in was bery hurried with little information. Only 3 double beds were made up for 6 people. We were one couple and 4 singles. Were charged extra to make up 2 fold out couches. Only one key for us at first. Requested 3 got 2 total. No coffe maker only one small espresso pot. Brought another small espresso pot but had to shuffle every morning to get everyone's coffee. Kitchen and apartment layout very inconvenient. No kitchen towels or soap for washing dishes. Not all of the lights worked in the rooms. No help with tourist's information. No help with getting taxi to train station at checkout. Motorcycles always parked in front of entry door.
Would not recommend for other travelers.

Large apartment but with a few drawbacks
My family of 6 and I stayed 2 nights here. There are some good points: There is quite a lot of room, the 3 beds were comfortable, there are 3 bathrooms and the AC was great. However, there was a number of issues with this rental: the key to enter the building did not work well, the internet did not work and I wouldn't recommend sleeping on any of the couches. The two smaller ones are so short, it is only useful for a child and the mattress in the larger couch in the living room was quite dirty/thin. We couldn't locate plates to use, the front dining table was sticky and I got locked into the front bathroom when I used the key to lock it. If you use it, I recommend not locking it.
