Good
Enjoyed the stay very much. We were surprised to find out that the mini golf and carousel were not complimentary. So, not sure what the resort fee covers. Have stayed in many resorts with villas and most activities are included with the stay, unless it's some kind of excursion/tour or a type of water sport rental. Sometimes even a paddle boat or kayak would be included complimentary at a resort. It was odd having them look up our room # to see if the amenity applied to us. We booked on the same site as hotel guests, but could not find the upcharge for amenities. Would have liked to have a washer/dryer available in the unit. Great check-in procedure. It's great just heading to the room without waiting in line. Lot of great information was sent the day prior which was very helpful. Haven't had a resort before send so much good Intel before arrival. Very handy since it was our first time there. The bellman was especially friendly and went above and beyond. Thanks again!

Great family reunion rentals
Our chateau villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a large group of 25 to 30 family members and were able to have a group activity in the kitchen / living room of one of the condos. The suites are especially roomy. Great pools, beautiful grounds. Get a pastry at the onsite bakery!

Good
We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the wonderful service and accommodations. The only suggestions/observations we have are: The room safes do not work. The pull-out sleeper in extremely uncomfortable. The kitchen needs to be inventoried. It would have been nice to have 13x9 baking pan, whisk, oven mitts, lids for pans...

Excellent
I absolutely loved staying at the resort! The fireplace was amazing to turn on in the morning and drink coffee and hot chocolate while watching it snow. The decorations in the hallways and lobby were perfection. I would love to come back and stay in the spacious unit during any season

Honest review
We enjoyed our stay at the Zermatt. We did encounter the box elder bugs and a few more than expected. We loved that we all had nice comfortable beds to accommodate our family. I feel the furnishings do need to be updated in the living space the couch is stained and worn. They were very nice to let us check out a little later and the communication was prompt and much appreciated.

Great place to stay
We were working in the area and need a place to stay where we could walk to dinner or cook for ourselves. This place was exactly what we were looking for. Great beds, Clean, and lots of things to do.

Rm 3080
Room and resort overall were good and enjoyable. Comment#1. The master bedroom bed was a queen, not a king as described on website. Comment#2. A film crew was onsite during our entire 10night stay. They blocked the main lobby in and out of the villas and took an exorbitant number of parking spaces with buses and trucks. A discount shoukd be offered to all guest who were inconvenienced in this way without prior notice.

Our Review
Hi Kyle! So your service and communication were wonderful along the process and the room definitely served its purpose. The only issue we ran into was that room was not the cleanest. The carpet had stuff on it and we found dead and alive Box Elder bugs all around the carpet, in the toilets and climbing he walls. They are not issue bugs but were buggy to have to deal with during the stay. Besides that we found the kitchen fully stocked and the beds clean.

Very Good
Our stay was nice, however, the only complaint I have is that the kitchen floor was dirty. Each time a little water was dripped on the floor, I wiped it up and the paper towels were black. The free activities were a great perk, we really enjoyed them.

Villa 3080 was great but
Villa 3080 was great but it only had a full sized bed in the master which made us change around our sleeping arrangements. Villa 3085 the A/C didn't work in the 2 queen room and it was extremely warm so we ended up renting another room from the resort so my family could sleep comfortably.

Great rental for our needs
We were visiting the area and wanted nice accommodations with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. This unit was exactly what we needed. Clean and well maintained, and our daughter enjoyed the pool, not to mention the goats. Outdoor hottub and putting course were both out of service, unfortunately. Only minor suggestion for the unit would be to include a can opener; we had assumed there would be one. Thanks for a great stay.

Dirty dishes --
We liked the set up with two rooms a living space and a kitchen. However, we were disappointed in these things. 1. We had called to confirm the bed sizes and were told there was a king and two queens, however, they were all queens. My husband is very tall so this is important to him. 2. I know what the people before us had for breakfast -- dirty dishes had been returned to the shelves. They were covered in grease and egg residue. There were dirty plates, utensils, cups, and glasses. They must've been loaded in the dishwasher but never started because the dishwasher had egg crumbs in it. I had to rewash ALL dishes just to ensure we were using clean ones. Dirty dishes were VERY disturbing to say the least. 3. The master bathrooms shower head didn't work and shot out black junk. We called that in and did appreciate that being fixed by the afternoon. 4. The toilet bowl in the 2nd bathroom was covered in black mold. I have a photo if you'd like to see it. 5. The 2nd bathroom was stocked with body soap and shampoo but the master bathroom had nothing. 6. The remote for the tv in the 2nd bedroom didn't work. 7. The sound and the picture of the tv in the master bedroom was out of sync from each other so you couldn't watch tv. (I'm not sure if it was that way for all the tvs or just the master.) 8. The fire alarm was missing in the front room. (I was hoping it was at least connected to a central resort alarm.??) 9. The fire alarm was hanging out by its wires in the master bedroom. At this point we were paranoid about what was clean or not and the safety maintenance :( . You may think that I am one of those people who just complain but I have never sent a review such as this before. I do expect cleanliness if nothing else. In summary-- we went to relax but couldn't as much as we hoped due to the items listed above. The set up was nice though. I had heard of the Zermatt and was expecting it to be really nice and felt let down. I hope you can remedy these issues for other guests. Thanks

Had a great time. Place was nice and clean. Great location to get to skiing at Sundance. Just few small suggestions..., fix bathroom door to master bathroom -it sticks and a baking sheet for cookies.

Very nice!
The place is great! the Villa is awesome. My family have fun. We enjoy all the amenities. I have a few comments about the Villa 3080 1 the sink garbage disposal wasn't working 2. Some of the kitchen wares are missing like the knife, plates , glasses and the cups , dessert plates are not all the same. But over all everything is great. Those things didn't really bother are stay at the Villa,we were just there to relax and not worry about anything. Thank you! We definitely planning to go back there and definitely recommend it to all my friends and family to go check out your property.
