This one bedroom apartment is located right in the center, in the most traditional neighborhood of Madrid. This beautiful house is the perfect place for a couple or a group of four people in search of a central space to spend a few days in the heart of Madrid. Almost at the Puerta del Sol, its central location gives you comfort to walk to most of the most attractive places in the city: Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real, San Miguel Market, Barrio de las Letras, Prado Museum, among others.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building with large walls and wooden touches. The apartment has been designed as an open space with living / dining room and kitchen in the same space. The light coming from the high balcony makes it brighter and a great feeling of space.

The concept of open loft includes living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need during your stay, as well as a dining table for 4 people. On the back of this open space, you can find the bed with a dressing room with enough space to store all your belongings. If you continue walking, you can find the large bathroom has been completely renovated with a shower and a laundry area.

The heater is electric and allows up to 3 showers of about 5 minutes each shower, when it is at full power (80 degrees). After exhaustion you will have to wait around an hour to get a shower. If it does not run out, keep in mind that the heater will recharge itself.

Depending on your arrival time, we agree on an hour to give you the keys, explain the functionalities of the house and some recommendations.
Normally, the check-in time is at 16:00, but we will try to adapt as much as possible to your needs.
Of course, we will be at your disposal throughout your stay for any request.

* Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment.

.-If the apartment is reserved for two people and they still want to use the sofa bed, an extra cost of 20 euros per night must be paid. This additional cost includes the clothes of the sofa bed and that is prepared for your arrival.
