Next to the hut is BBQ from a natural stone.
If you require fun, billiards and darts may appeal to you. But you can just surf on the Internet, because your wifi is available everywhere. There is OPTICAL INTERNET up to 600MB.
Swimming pool (size 10x4 m,1.2 -1.8 m depth) is stylishly surrounded with teak wood and 6 luxury padded leather deckchairs. After swimming you can use outdoor shower with a stone mosaic.
The pool heating season is from 1. October - 31. May (26/27 degrees). A surcharge is required for pool heating.
On sunny roof terrace you can admire breathtaking views of the entire surroundings.

INSIDE:
Inner as well as outer areas are furnished and equipped to meet the highest standards of the high-class villas.
All the bedrooms including the living room, have air condition (enables cooling and heating).
At extra request we offer baby cot, play pen and high chair for the baby. For the extra person (more then 6) we can prepare extra beds in any of tree rooms.

LIVING ROOM
From the living room you can enjoy beautiful views to the pool area, which you can reach in a few steps through the patio doors.
Comfortable leather sofa has space for 8 people. Samsung 65' flat screen SMART TV, you can watch from wave-lounger too.
Samsung 65' SMART TV with ALL UK TV channels (BBC, ITV, SKY, SPORT) and GERMAN, FRANCE, SPANISH, PORTUGAL, POLAND channels. There is VIDEO CLUB with more then 20.000 last movies. Also DVD,CD and radio player with USB port and Samsung soundbar.

In a separate section is chromium-plated dining table for 6 people, with design chairs.

KITCHEN
The kitchen comes complete with a breakfast bar and It's fully fitted with an oven, a hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a blender, a coffee maker and all other kitchen essentials.
Next to the kitchen you will find a utility room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and other utensils on your disposal, for cleaning and washing. Storage area perfect for cases and golf equipment.

Villa is suitable for disabled people.

ROOMS
1st bedroom – en suite bedroom (purple color decoration) is the biggest room, with attached bathroom. It has a double bed (200x180), a table with a mirror and Philips LCD TV (Sat Tv), DVD, CD player with USB port, AC. You can store jewelry and secure all your valuables in a digital safe, installed in the cabinet of this room.

2nd bedroom (red color decoration) has a double bed (200x180) and table with a mirror.

3rd bedroom (cream color decoration) with 2 single beds (200x90) could be called the children's room, as it has Philips LCD TV, PLAY-STATION 4+two consoles. It has a table with a mirror.


BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms have shower, wash basin with bright large mirror, shaving points and toilet. Hair dryers are also available in the bathrooms.

All of interior bed linen and towels are supplied, cleaned and ready for use. As well you have available towels for the sun loungers, which are free to use for the sun loungers around the pool. But are not allowed to take out to the beach.
