One bedroom has twin beds, the other a double bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress and child's cot. Bedroom ceiling height 6 1/2 feet sloping to 4 1/2 feet. The bedrooms are accessed by an open staircase with handrail, as shown in the 'Dining Area' photo.

Tenants Harbor amenities: well-stocked grocery store with deli and pizza, post-office, and the tavern and restaurant at the East Wind Inn. It also has an excellent library, a town pier/boat ramp, and a little beach, at low tide, next to the town pier.
In Port Clyde, 4.5 miles away, is Drift Inn Beach, a grocery store, a restaurant and an ice cream shop, kayak excursions, boat to Monhegan, and Marshall Point Lighthouse.
