- An independent TV room of 25m2 which can accommodate 12 people with 4k 165cm flat screen.
- A fully equipped American kitchen with central island and American fridge, etc.
- Open dining room of 40m2 including a large solid wood table of 3m for 12 people.
As well as 3 double bedrooms:
- The 20m2 "Vautisse" bedroom equipped with a 160/200 unit, a 100cm flat screen TV with private bathroom, double sink unit, Italian shower, bath and dressing room. Independent toilet.
- The "Lauzet" room of 20m2 equipped with 160/200 unit and a 100cm flat screen TV with private bathroom, single vanity unit, Italian shower and dressing room.

The cottage is located in the town of Eygliers 10 minutes from Guillestre and 20 minutes from Risoul and Vars; at the crossroads of Embrunais, Queyras and Brianconnais.
