This 2 bed, 2 bathroom property is arranged over two levels. Having undergone a refurbishment both inside and outside in November 2019, High Hopes now offers all the modern comforts we know our guests love.
The bay window of the open plan lounge and kitchen/diner draws you in with waterside views of the Golden Hind so close you can almost reach out and touch the boats. You will feel like you have your own box at the theatre as you look out and enjoy the sounds of Brixham Town Band playing under the Old Fish Market in summer evenings, smell the gunpowder as the pirates re-enact a skirmish on board the Golden Hind during Pirates weekend and stay warm whilst watching the beautiful fireworks at Lantern Lights and 'Luminations.

Access:
Higher Street is very narrow and it is not possible to drive down the lane as far as where the gate to access the property is. It is possible to drive to within about 75 yards of the property where you can then unload on arrival before then parking up.
There is no parking on Higher Street but free on street parking is available on neighbouring residential roads or alternatively Saltwater Escapes can arrange a parking permit for your stay which covers you for over 30 car parks in the area. Charges apply.
There are 20 steps that lead from the gate down to the entrance door of the property therefore High Hopes would not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties or unsupervised children. Please contact us with any questions regarding access.

- Pets: A charge of £35 per pet will be invoiced separately before your stay.
- Access: Please note due to the setting of High Hopes in the harbour basin area of Brixham, the property is accessed via steep stone steps and may not be suitable for those with mobility problems.
- No smoking or vaping permitted
- This property includes a small welcome/starter pack to help you on your first day of arrival. This consists of 2 toilet rolls, washing up liquid, 2 dishwasher tablets (if applicable), a washing up cloth, sponge & tea towel and tea, coffee & milk sachets. Cupboard staples and any other extras are not as standard therefore we recommend ensuring you have your own supplies of anything else required.
