Beach Apartment in Benalmádena

The house has air conditioning throughout the house. The double bed is 150cm, the other two 90cm and the sofa bed 135cm. It has all the necessary utensils and appliances such as washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, hair dryer, etc ... There are bed and bath linens, as well as crockery, battery, cutlery, etc.
In the same urbanization there is a restaurant and in the surroundings there are all kinds of restaurants, bars, shops and all kinds of services. On the beach you can find water activities such as paddle surfing among others. There are beach bars with sun beds and umbrellas and much more

At the door of the building there are bus stops that connect the entire coast from Marbella to Malaga and the highway is just 10 minutes away by car.

The guests will have access to the complete enclosure, that is, to the gardens, to the swimming pool, both for children and adults, and to the restaurant inside the urbanization.
Pool schedule:
Weekends only: June 1 to June 15 and September 15 to September 30
Every day: June 15 to September 15

POOL OPENING:
From June 15 to September 15.

If you need we can send a taxi to pick you up at the airport (additional cost)
If you are going to rent a car we can offer you a car rental company with discount for being our guests.

CHECKING - CHECKOUT
The keys are delivered directly to the house. A person will receive you to show you the house, give you the key and give you some interesting information about the area.
The entrance schedule is as follows:
- From 12:00 to 20:00. Exceptions:
- Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is a possibility that the house is not ready because guests could leave that day. In this case, a normal check-in will take place: handing over the keys, leaving the luggage, even changing clothes, but then you have to leave the accommodation until it is finished, maximum 16:00, but how much is ready we will notify you.
- From 20:00 to 00:00 a supplement of €30 must be paid in cash at the time of entry.
- From 00:00 to 1:00 a supplement of €50 must be paid in cash at the time of entry.
- We do not receive after 1:00.
- Depending on the circumstances it is possible to enter before 12 noon. Ask.
