Villa Boscariello is a Positano villa rental 100sqm inside, 63 sqm terraces and a little garden. It is situated on top of a rocks in the Fornillo area in Positano and proudly overlooks the southern part of the Amalfi coast. There are a lot of steps to arrive to the villa from the road (198). At the end you are in this privileged spot, on a rocky cliff in Positano, between the sea, and the country, make this home a special place, and this is exactly the feeling one gets entering Villa Boscariello, the breathtaking view of Positano and its bay, the peacefull location. The house is surrounded by plants and trees such as bougainvillea, carob, olive, orange and lemons. close to the town center and at the same time reserved and quiet, overlooking the sea that you can hear the sound. There are many steps to reach this Positano villa but the reward is a unique spot with stunning views. The villa offers comforts like: each room is air-conditioned, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, several terraces and complete privacy. The villa has a garden (25m2) where you can escape from the sunlight and relax in the hammock. One terrace has a large dinner table and is about 35m2. Another terrace of about 25m2 in front of the Villa is perfectly suited for sunbathing, and the last smaller is near the second bedroom.

Amazing Views of Positano

A lovely comfortable property. Plenty of room both inside and outside. There are many steps but the views have to be the best in Positano and the lights at night are amazing. I suggest using porters to carry luggage.

Fantastic!!!

The views from the many decks surrounding the home were magnificent! Well worth the 200 plus steps to get to it. The place itself was nicely decorated, spacious and very comfortable. There were several great restaurants very close by. And Giovanni was a wonderful host. All and all our stay was magical.

Amazing Views of Positano

Giovanni was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. The Villa had everything you need for your stay in Positano-great views, great location, very spacious. Two good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds, balconies, and closet space. Full kitchen. Two showers/bathrooms. Comfortable living room. Two outside seating areas with great views. Parking is available if you have a car (30-40 euro for small cars 50 for large). Very close to town and beach. Lots and lots of stairs, 207 from street level. So be prepared to climb. If you are looking for a good restaurant there’s one right at bottom of stairs called Il Fornillo

Amazing stay in Positano

We loved our stay. The views were incredible and we loved being close to Fornillo beach. The place had everything we needed and the AC worked really well (necessary with the scorching heat). The place was charming and the outdoor shower was awesome. I would highly recommend the apartment.

(A long) Stairway to heaven

OMG... what a villa. it's gorgeous, spacious - and it's positano! Giovanni and Maria were excellent hosts and made the check in and check out process easy. I was a bit skeptical that the views in the posting would be the views in real life - but they were!! Of note, like all of Amalfi - it's A LOT of stairs. About 200 from the main road... well over 500 from Il Forno beach... but it's sooooo worth it.

Tremendous views

We loved this residence in Positano. You need to prepare for the stairs, but the end location is worth it. Highly recommend traveling with backpacks as opposed to suitcases. Our host was great. The property was clean and comfortable for our family of four. Highly recommend.

It's Positano. You're going to walk up and down regardless of where you stay. So why not stay away from the crowds in this beautiful apartment with 3 decks and amazing views! Love's our stay!!!

Worth the Steps

The photos just don't do the view justice. It was raining and chilly when we visited and the views were still spectacular. The steps (about 200? I think) to get up to the home are worth it. Take them slow and have Giovanni request a porter to assist you (15 euro per bag). My husband insisted on getting a workout so we didn't hire anyone but I would definitely have done so if I was traveling solo. We had 2 ids- age 6 and 9 plus me and husband 39/40 and my 68 year old mother. The steps were hardest on her but by day 4 she said it was getting easier. And without the journey to the top we wouldn't have had the beautiful views. The home is so spacious. Amazing living area and multiple bathrooms. It made being there with 5 people so easy and comfortable. The beds were also super comfortable and waking up to those views was the best! Pro tip: you can avoid some stairs to Spiaggia Grande but just walking on the road. Would love to stay here again!

Incredible views

The most amazing place to stay! Don’t let the steps scare you. Just take the road up from the beach and the stairs won’t be too bad! Use the outdoor shower…it’s incredible. This place couldn’t have been anymore perfect!!! The views are bello!!! Thank you Giovanni!!!

Incredible villa with wonderful host!

We loved our stay at this villa, Giovanni was so helpful and warmly greeted us when we arrived. It is a 10 minute walk from the main road, all uphill on stairs, however the view is well worth it. You can see the beautiful hillside city and far over the water. Would gladly recommend this place!

Magnificent view from lovely villa

We arrived in Positano by ferry with detailed instructions from Giovani which made the checkin process very easy. The villa was even nicer than the pictures and the view more spectacular than we imagined. The kitchen is stocked with every essential for cooking meals and there is a mini market close by. Also there are plenty of good restaurants close to the villa. There are close to two hundred steps so should be a consideration before booking but we loved the walk up and the exercise allowed us to eat all the pasta we wanted!! Giovanni was a super host .. always available and took the time to help with all our travel plans. Thank you for a wonderful stay Giovanni!

The View is Worth the Steps

Giovanni is a lovely host! His property may have 204 steps to it, but it is well worth it! The Views are amazing, the house is clean and has everything you need. Spectacular apartment and view

Just an amazing place to stay if you are able to climb over 200 steps to get to a superb 2 bedroom apartment with walk in shower, two comfortable king size beds and a fully functioning kitchen with a washing machine and dish washer, hurray. The owner was so helpful and accessible. Thank you for great memories spent on two beautiful balconies overlooking Positano .

Positano stay

This apartment provided everything needed for a very comfortable stay! After exploring all day in the heat it was a cool and refreshing welcome back at the apartment. Giovanni was a gracious host and responded immediately to any communication we sent him. The view from the balcony, and many of the windows, was breathtaking!!

Vista mozzafiato!!!

La Villa è in una posizione privilegiata. Le terrazze offrono uno spettacolo davvero unico di Positano dall'alba al tramonto. La casa è ampia, pulita e completa di ogni comfort. C'è una stanza doccia e due bagni di cui uno con vasca. È abbastanza faticoso raggiungerla per l'elevato numero di gradini, ma la veduta ripaga ogni sforzo. Giovanni, persona gentile ed affabile, offre una buona accoglienza agli ospiti. Bella esperienza!
