The apartment was changed on the last day offering a decidedly lower quality apartment in an area outside the center without sufficient minimum equipment. there weren't even cups for coffee Neither a bottle of water .

Gute Adresse in Parma

L'appartamento è senza dubbio molto carino. Se vivi in un appartamento mansardato durante la stagione più calda dell'anno, non sorprenderti se all'interno fa molto caldo. L'aria condizionata nella camera da letto è quindi urgente e riesce anche a raffreddare a sufficienza la stanza. Tuttavia, gestisce solo moderatamente la stanza vicina (cucina/salone). Sarebbe sicuramente utile se l'ombreggiatura sulla terrazza funzionasse in tutte le aree. Dovresti anche riparare immediatamente la porta fortemente bloccata della grandiosa terrazza. Una nota importante per chi arriva in macchina a cui la Sig.ra Rafaela dovrebbe prestare attenzione. Abbiamo avuto grandi difficoltà a trovare il contatto che ci ha ricevuto. Sarebbe molto facile nominare la via GIUSEPPE MAZZINI e il negozio "H&M" lì come punto d'incontro. Puoi anche fermarti brevemente per caricare e scaricare. Tutto sommato, un'ottima posizione per la bellissima Parma!

Vorsicht-Fake-Angaben stimmen nicht, viele Defekte

Einfach grauenhaft und wir haben die Wohnung vorzeitig nach zwei Tagen verlassen ! bei Anreise war bei über 35 Grad Hitze die Klimaanlage defekt, die kleine Wohnung war max. 30 qm groß, nur ein Schlafzimmer, ein kleines verdrecktes Bad und ein Küche, das war alles. kein Wohnzimmer ! Die Terrassentür kann man nur mit zwei starken Männerhänden und grober Kraft öffnen, weil die schwere Eisentür sich verzogen hat, und wenn man sie von außen schließt , kommt man nur mit einer Brechstange wieder in die Wohnung. Alle Sonnensegel waren bis auf ein einziges seit längerem defekt und abmontiert auf dem Boden liegend, ein Aufenthalt auf der großen Terrasse wegen der enormen Hitze tagsüber überhaupt nicht möglich, erst so nach 21:00 Uhr erträglich. Die Fotos sind geschönt und stimmen alle nicht, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr unbefriedigend. Als Int. Travel Agent kritisiere ich nicht so schnell, aber was mich hier erwartet hatte, das hat mir die Sprache verschlagen. Bei fluchtartiger vorzeitiger Abreise wurde uns keine einzige Nacht rückerstattet.
