The Old Cart House is a detached barn conversion in Nantmawr near Trefonen in Shropshire. Hosting two bedrooms: a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC and a ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to four people. An open-plan living space contains the kitchen, dining area and sitting area with underfloor heating, and outside you have the benefit of large enclosed lawns with furniture and a barbecue, as well as ample off-road parking. The Old Cart House provides excellent holiday accommodation for exploring the Shropshire countryside.
Amenities: Oil central heating with underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer. 3 x TVs, WiFi, Netflix. Fuel, power and welcome pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed garden with lawn and patio with furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop within 3.1 miles and pub within 1.7 miles. Please note: The rear lawns are fenced and back onto a field of sheep. Please note: This is a no-pet property however there are animals (dogs, cats and farm animals) around. Please note: The property is situated on the owner's farm with its own private drive garden. Please note: Guests can wander freely through some of the owner's fields at their discretion. NOTE: a hot tub can be hired, directly with the owner.
