Luxury 2 Bedroom Villa with Sauna & Indoor Pool

This new 2 bedroom luxury villa is located in the foothills of the Taurus Mountains, in the Kordere district of Kalkan, some 4 km from the centre. The views from all around the villa are positively breath-taking, looking out across Kalkan Bay.
With a totally private outdoor pool, and an indoor pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, it is an ideal choice for guests coming low season and for guests looking for total privacy, be it for religious or other reasons
The accommodation comprises of a large open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area, which opens on to the pool terrace. Here there is a large infinity pool of some 12 x 4 metres which an additional area which extends under the upper floor of the villa and is an additional 7 x 4 metres. This pool has a depth of 1.5 metres. On the upper floor there is one twin and one double bedroom, both with balconies and en-suite bathrooms. In addition to this there is an indoor pool of 5 x 3 metres and a depth of 1.2 metres, which can be heated in the low season for an additional charge of 800 TL per day, payable in cash on arrival at the villa. Please note that this pool can be heated to approximately 28 degrees centigrade depending on the ambient air temperature, so it is NOT hot as such. Guests wishing for this pool to be heated should inform us at least 2 days before their arrival in order for it to be able to reach the maximum temperature by that time.

There is also a sauna for guests to enjoy, (free of charge).
The villa has wi-fi internet, is fully air-conditioned and has on street parking adjacent to the villa. The nearest grocers shop is approximately 650 metres from the villa.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 3000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
