About this property

On the Giens peninsula in a very quiet area, in a private street with barrier, semi-detached house completely renovated, air-conditioned and newly furnished for 4-6 people, walking access to the coves and the coastal path (10 minutes from the Darboussières beach and 5 minutes from the path).
The wooded plot of 1500 m2 is shared with another house (that of my aunt) but is large enough to guarantee you privacy (for your nap under the trees for example).

Premier vacances à Hyeres

La maison à Hyeres est très jolie. Terrain privé pour le chien, completement equiper avec tous. Très bien aussi, que il y a assez des fenêtres au salles de lit. Dommage, que les gens a casser les para-moustiques. Je pense, ca a passer, par-ce que c‘est un peu sensible a usager. Il y a aussi la possibilite de lave le chien, ca c‘est aussi très bien. Ce etais tout propre, quand on a arriver. Bisous de Fribourg Patrick et Heike avec petit Maexle

Séjour sur la presqu'ile de Giens

La propriété est située dans un lotissement fermé par une barrière, sans bruit de circulation. La propriété dispose d'un grand jardin idéal pour les possesseurs de chien. En prenant la voiture le matin pour éviter un petit kilomètre sur la route, il est possible de la garer à l'ombre sur le parking du Four à Chaux au bout de la Madrague. Là se trouvent 3 belles plages non indiquées sur les cartes et sans risque pour les atteindre. La maison était relativement propre, bien équipée. Les matelas sont bons, toutefois un peu étroits. En mettant la climatisation une heure dans la soirée, la maison est fraîche et agréable, et les nuits très calmes.

Het huisje zal in de zomer ongetwijfeld aan alle verwachtingen voldoen. Voor de winter, wanneer je in het huisje verblijft is een goede zit voor in de avond een gemis. Alleen wanneer je constant het hele huisje verwarmt is het goed om in te verblijven.

Wanderurlaub in der Vorsaison

Schönes Anwesen in Wohngegend mit eingezäuntem grossem Grundstück - ideal für den Hund. Sehr schöne Halbinsel mit vielen Wandermöglichkeiten. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Ferienhaus in großartiger Lage

Wir können es kurz machen! Der dreiwöchige Aufenthalt im September 2021 war einfach genial! Wir waren mit 5 Personen und zwei Hunden dort. Die Lage ist wunderbar, die Bucht und der Strand sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und die Halbinsel wunderschön. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut. Wenn man wirklich noch etwas verbessern wollte, wären ein paar mehr Liegen und gemütlichere Gartenmöbel nicht schlecht, aber kein KO-Krtierium.

très bien

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très agréable avec un grand jardin. Elle est très bien placée : près d'une épicerie, proche de belles promenades et très au calme. Seul bémol : il manquait un peu de plats pour la cuisine. Nous ne savions pas non plus que la maison des cousins était collée à la nôtre. Mais les cousins étaient très sympas et discrets, cela ne nous a pas posé de problème.

Très agréable

Très bon séjour en famille au cœur de notre magnifique presqu ile. Jardin agréable et maison fonctionnelle. J avais juste prévu une barrière de sécurité bois pour la montée d escalier car il y en a déjà une au dessus mais mes jumeaux grimpant partout...Merci encore pour ce beau séjour en famille et pour l accueil et la disponibilité de Sylvie, pour tous les bons co seuls de François.

Agréable maison de vacances, propriétaire et personne chagée de l'accueil !

Impression très favorable pour cette location : le propriétaire est agréable et envoie des infos intéressantes, la personne chargée de l'accueil est très sympathique et veille au confort des locataires sans essayer de faire des économies à tout prix, la maison est adaptée au climat ( terrasse ombragée et store à la cuisine), l'environnement calme. Néanmoins, un petit bémol sur l'escalier en colimaçon, mal posé, un peu inquiétant et peu pratique avec une valise ( prévoir plutôt un sac). Par ailleurs, la localisation au milieu de la presqu'ile, idyllique pour les ballades à pied, devient problématique pour le ravitaillement puisqu'il faut aller à Hyères. Enfin, le chemin très, très pentu peut être un problème pour un conducteur novice ou une personne ayant une phobie.

Très bon séjour. Maison très bien équipée. Seul bemole, l'escalier abrupt pour lequel une barrière serait bienvenue pour l'accueil de jeunes enfants.

Wonderful stay - Excellent sejour

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans la maison de François. Tres jolie, tres calme et très bien aménagée, avec jardin très agréable, elle idéalement située à quelques minutes à pied ou en voiture de superbes plages de la presqu'île de Giens, et du sentier du littoral avec sa vue imprenable sur les eaux turquoise. Un grand merci à François pour sa maison et tous ses renseignements utiles, et à Sylvie (notre point de contact pendant ce sejour) pour son merveilleux accueil et sa très grande gentillesse. La presqu'île de Giens est très belle, elle est également proche de nombreux sites à découvrir. We had a wonderful stay at François's house. It is very pretty, quiet and well equipped, with a nice garden. The house is ideally located, a short hike (or drive) from the beautiful beaches of the Giens peninsula and of the scenic coastal path with stunning views of the turquoise sea waters. Many thanks to François for his house and for sharing great tips about the area, and to Sylvie (our point of contact during this stay) for her marvelous kindness and responsiveness. The Giens peninsula is lovely, and is near many sites to discover.
