Minutes from downtown, wineries, and the Fairgounds, this property is privately situated on a 1 acre lot with amazing views (and visits from local deer) with plenty of off-street parking.

We offer a large pool that is 4ft deep throughout, perfect for kids and adults alike. Pool is surrounded by spacious deck area, for lounging in the sun, Yoga, or viewing the stars from the country setting. We have a thermal pool heating system that is dependent upon sunlight and ambient temperatures. Provides comfortable pool temperatures typically May through Oct.
Each bedroom has convenient USB plugs and Amazon Alexa/Dot on every nightstand. Echo Dot and Echo Show in kitchen and family room for recipes, weather, movies, jokes, as well as access to Amazon Unlimited music in every room. Covered patio in backyard is equipped with speakers, misters for those summer afternoons, and a natural gas BBQ. Side yard also has shaded patio with picnic table.

Upstairs rooms (each with own luxury white hotel linens, towels, hairdryer, ceiling fan, and Alexa feature):
~ Huge Master Suite with 1 Queen Sleigh bed + 1 Memory foam platform sleeper sofa to sleep 4 comfortably. Large en-suite dual sink bathroom with Spa Soaker tub & separate shower. Boasts vaulted ceilings with amazing southern views of mountains and beautiful sunrise/sunsets.

~ 1 room with 2 twin XL beds
~ 1 double sink guest bath with Shower/tub combo.

Kitchen is recently renovated and fully equipped with everything you need, including cookware, large crock-pot, outdoor and indoor tableware, entertaining dishes, reverse osmosis water purifier and Quartz countertops. Gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, Coffee maker, Tea Kettle and island to gather around.

Girl’s Getaway

Very comfortable for a group of 11 women; great location close to town and central to various wineries. Beautiful views from upstairs bedrooms and backyard; tranquil seating area with fountain out front. Mostly, the house was perfect for our needs - clean, comfortable, and accurate as listed. The host was great - easy to reach, responsive, and very helpful with anything we needed.

Wonderful Thanksgiving stay

We had a fabulous time and really enjoyed the home and all its amenities. The game room was a big hit. We hope to stay again in the spring or summer to take advantage of the lovely pool. The location is close enough to town to enjoy all the great Paso shops and restaurants. Great place to stay. 5 stars!!!!

Family of the Groom

Wonderful wedding weekend! Our family of four couples and two children had such a lovely stay! We brought food in because the backyard views are so fabulous, and spent out first night before the whirlwind weekend relaxing together around the fire table. The bedding was so comfortable and towels were clean and plush. It was so nice that the house had a professional steamer as we touched up our clothing from travel for the wedding. Small questions / issues were easily communicated and quickly resolved. Highly recommend, thank you very much!

60th birthday get together

A group of us rented the house to celebrate a friend’s 60th bday. The house is stocked with everything. The kitchen has everything you need to make large meals and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. We really enjoyed spending the day at pool, which is heated. Definitely a great place to stay with family or friends

Fabulous family retreat

The panoramic views, wonderful space, game room and close proximity to Paso Robles made this the perfect place for our families to spend a wonderful weekend together. Great social space but also enough places for people to also have quiet conversations. The game room was an absolute hit with kids of all ages!

Great roomy house

Perfect Getaway

This was the best vacation rental I've done- the home exceeded expectations, everything was clean and comfortable, clearly labeled and easy to use. The host is super responsive and even shipped some left items back to us within a day. The view is gorgeous and the pool was perfect for lounging. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Wonderful Getaway

This was a great home for a wine tasting week with friends. The location is perfect - very close to downtown, which made it easy to get to restaurants, but also removed enough to be quiet and have wonderful views of the area, which is beautiful. The house itself was great, too. Our group of three couples had plenty of space, and we enjoyed all of the outdoor space. Highly recommend.

Bachelorette party

This was the perfect hang out spot. There were enough rooms and beds for everyone in our party and it looks just like the pictures. Host provided a website with great winery options and travel accommodations and it made planning my sister bachelorette party a breeze. Will definitely be staying here again for family weekend getaway. Absolutely amazing experience and incredible home. Highly recommend.

What makes this property unique

We loved the privacy this property afforded us, while still being close to shops/restaurants/wineries. There is a certain feeling of serenity sitting by the pool and taking in the views or the stars. The house has room enough for all us us to be together or apart. We have incorporated little touches we would have liked to see in places we have stayed (usb ports by the sofas and each bedroom nightstand, wireless/bluetooth music, Amazon echos in every bedroom/kitchen/TVroom & game room, comfy beds, plush towels, shampoo/conditioner/soap/makeup remover/hairdryers in each bath, Game room, Free high-speed wifi, and a fully stocked kitchen (spices, oils, and plenty of dishes/pots/pans and utensils).
