Great Location - Great Hosts

So glad we found this place. We needed a single level, multi bedroom near downtown Denver to help spouse recover from leg surgery. We stayed almost 2 months and the host was responsive every time something came up. The location was awesome/ so easy to walk around Lodo. It is right next to the train tracks, but the noise didn’t bother us. Everything we needed was in walking distance. The property is a really cool space with lots of natural light in the shared areas. Beds were really comfortable and there is tons of closet space. Definitely check this one out for yourselves!

Perfect setup and location for a family getaway

We rented this so a group of 5 relatives from as far away as England and Mexico could spend the weekend together. It worked perfectly with enough bedrooms that we could spread out, and a wonderful kitchen setup for coffee, breakfast and snacks. The location and view are spectacular. Nearby restaurants where wonderful. The only problems that we had were that the apartment was not ready at check-in time (4 p.m.) because the cleanup service from the previous tenant was not completed. For renters on foot and not in vehicles, the public elevator, required to get up and over the Centennial Bridge from downtown Denver to the apartment, was closed. It was possible to work around it by going several blocks, but not convenient for suitcases carried from light rail. The booking service should also make the closeout/cleanup expectations clear for renters BEFORE they rent. Overall, we loved our stay and would do it again.

We rode the train from the airport to the Union Station cost was about $10 per person. The place was an easy walk from Union Station - about 3 blocks. This place is in a perfect location for downtown shopping and great restaurants. We were able to catch an Uber for one day hiking at Red Rock- cost was $25 each way. The last night we walked to the Pepsi Center for a Post Malone concert. The stay was perfect for us and I would highly recommend this place. The only down fall was that there is only one key fob.

Great location!

Three moms and 5 daughters came out for spring break and Post Malone concert. Could not ask for a better location. Wish we would have had one more key fob and one more roll of toilet paper otherwise a wonderful place.

Perfect spot!!

We came into town from Michigan for a wedding and reception near Larimar square. This was the perfect spot! The condo is right at the end of 16th street with the free mall shuttle available as you walk out! We were able to use the shuttle to get to the wedding and not need to uber/Lyft anywhere. There are scooters and bikes everywhere to use also. Union station right around the corner and an easy train ride to the airport! We will be back!! Thank you!!

Perfect Stay

The condo is beautiful, well-stocked, clean and in the perfect location. The beds were all quite comfortable and check-in/check-out were easy and convenient. We heard the train every once in a while, but it didn't bother any of us and we didn't hear any other noise. We met at the condo for Thanksgiving and appreciated having such a comfortable home and being just two blocks from Whole Foods and Union Station. I would definitely stay again on my next trip to Denver.

Apartment is clean modern and easily accessible. Communication was easy and fast. Overall a great day. My only suggestion would be an extra fob to access the apartment if you are travelling with colleagues as there is no way 2 Buzz directly into the condominium for access to the main door.

Super convenient location!

This is super close to Union Station, and many other fun areas. Only downside is the train tracks right in front of the unit. Key to the unit is unusually hard to use.

We struggled greatly with only have ONE key and ONE fob to get in the building. I was at the unit with a few coworkers and we were all on different schedules and trying to get the fob/key in the right persons hand was very challenging. Note the unit is dirrectly on the train tracks, so it is quite loud if you are in the front bedroom. Also the front bedroom doesn't have blinds on it.. so if you are sitting in the living room you can see right in that room.
