HIGH SEASON BOOKING REQUESTS - IMPORTANT:
During high season (April 1 - November 2) and very high season (Christmas - New Year - Epiphany, Easter, August 15 holidays) the apartment is generally rented on a weekly basis and shorter/longer bookings are accepted according to the apartment calendar, i.e. when they do not leave any gap, or as A LAST MINUTE REQUEST, if the apartment is still available in the last few weeks before booking.

The penthouse can host up to a maximum of 5 overnight guests (4 adults and 1 child).

The space of the entire property (250 m2: 125 inside and 125 outside) allows ease of living both inside (an inviting living room, a large dining table for 10 people, a spectacular Belvedere) and outside with its terraces on 3 floors. It is equipped with FULL COMFORTS (Jacuzzi hot tub, Internet wi-fi, air conditioning, smart TV, washer, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, elevator, iron, city guides etc.).
OUTDOOR SPACES AND STUNNING VIEWS ARE THE MAIN TRAIT OF THIS PENTHOUSE. Views play the leading role: inside, the numerous windows typical of the Fifties bring a unique mixture of light and views into the rooms, while outside the three terraces offer special outdoor spaces typical of the 1950s: the “Dolce Vita” years when the penthouse was built.
Three terraces for 125 m² in all, renovated using authentic materials from the Roman tradition (like travertine and marble-chip floor tiles) and furnished with table, chairs, deckchairs, sun beds, Mediterranean plants, offer:

AUTHORIZATION. The penthouse is regularly authorised as a tourist rental apartment by local Authorities with the National Identification Code (CIN) n. IT058091C2CJZ9N3KN and the Regional Identification Code (CIR) n. 058091-ALT-10352.
PARKING. In the Celio district parking on payment (indicated by blue lines) or free (white lines) is available on the street. Covered parking on payment is available in a garage in the next street.
TOURIST TAX. Known as "Tassa di Soggiorno" in Italian, the Rome Tourist Tax is a charge paid upon check-in or check-out for any form of accommodation within city limits. It € 6 per night per person (above 10 years old), to be paid to the Municipality of Rome for the first 10 nights only.

IMPORTANT.
At the moment a portion of the view in front of the 6th floor terrace is disturbed by works in progress (e.g. cranes) for the construction of the Line-C subway, that can produce noise. Up to now no guest has had any problem because of these works.
This aspect is certainly minor, but it is always important to be informed in advance.
