The apartment also features a spacious bathroom, central heating, a dryer, ironing equipment, microwave and a washing machine.

Within 300 meters from the apartment is the Evangelismos Hospital and the Metro stop (Blue Line) for the airport, but also for Syntagma Square, Monastiraki and Acropolis.
