Decorated with love for books, most of them on Architecture, Literature and Greek History, is this small, beautiful and bright apartment.
The bedroom of the apartment is equipped with a double bed, nicely decorated with a design bookshelf and an ensuite spacious bathroom. The apartment has a washing machine, a luggage space and a dressing room – walk in closet. On its balcony you can enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast, along with the rhythms and sounds of Kolonaki neighborhood and the local passers-by.
The apartments central location can offer you easy access to the most important achealogical sites of the city or the historic center.
Evaggelismos metro station and lots of bus lines
Its spaces are functional, as in a few squares you will find everything you may need for your stay. In the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, cooking hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and espresso machine while the kitchen counter separates it from the spacious living room table and the comfortable sofa. Its living room table is ideal for business people who need a space for their meetings.
The location of the apartment is unique, since in a breath away you may find Evangelismos metro station, a bus stop and taxi rank where you can move in just a few minutes to the historical center of Athens and to any popular sight attraction of the city. You may also walk at any time and safe to Syntagma Square and the Lycabettus hill.
In this beautiful part of Kolonaki neighborhood besides the embassies and many commercial shops, you may find Evangelismos Hospital, NIMITs Hospital, the Marasley School, the Moni Petraki Monastery and lots of cafes and restaurants.
