The area is famous for Delaware Water Gap (15 minutes) National Recreation, Appalachian trail, Shawnee Ski Mt (20 minutes), Camelback (20 minutes) and Pocono Mountains where have family-friendly activities, hiking, biking, horse riding, rafting, skiing and many other outdoor activities. 90 minutes from NYC and 2 hours from Philadelphia.
