About this property
Le Casette di Fra '- Levante Apartment
The houses of Frà are 1.5 km from the golden beaches of the Lazio coast north of Rome in an area known in ancient times as Southern Etruria, precisely in Santa Severa fraction of the municipality of Santa Marinella which is located in the province of Rome.
Available for short and long periods, the 6 apartments (Tramontana, Levante, Grecale, Scirocco, Ponente and Maestrale) are located on the first floor of a single building located between the sea of Santa Severa and the Tolfa mountains. They are of different cuts, equipped with every comfort to best accommodate our guests; a beautiful terrace for common use allows you to spend cool summer evenings and warm winter afternoons accompanied by the scents of the sea that blend with those of the undergrowth. The barbecue and the comfortable seats allow you to live pleasant moments of sharing.
Whether it is a romantic weekend, a short period of relaxation in contact with nature, a food and wine and cultural holiday with friends and family or a business trip, we take care of our guests by offering services and experiences always cured in detail!
- Each apartment is equipped with linen and equipped kitchen; a laundry area and a drying area are shared by all guests. For those who do not want to cook, the restaurant-pizzeria and bar-pastry shop on the ground floor offer delicious specialties in agreement -
Today known summer seaside resort Santa Severa - which is only 48 km from the Leonardo da Vinci international airport (Fiumicino) and only 50 km from Rome, easily accessible by car or train (Santa Severa station 2.5 km from the property - 30 minutes to get to St. Peter's Square) - stands in an area rich in historical, cultural and naturalistic attractions.
