Hosting four bedrooms: one double with en-suite shower, two singles and one second-floor double, together sleeping up to six guests with a family bathroom to support. Downstairs has an open-plan kitchen/diner, as well as a sitting room. Outside has a decking area with furniture, Outdoor children's activity play area - children should be supervised at all times. As well as off-road parking for two cars. Sycamore Cottage is a wonderful base for friends and families seeking a rural escape to North Yorkshire.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, dish washer, fridge/freezer, 1 Smart TV in the living room and 1 Smart TV in 2 floor bedroom, and 1 TV, with DVD in the first floor bedroom, and Superfast WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Decking area with furniture. Outdoor children's activity play area - children should be supervised at all times. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.5 miles and pub 0.01 miles. Note: Sloping ceiling in second floor bedroom.
