I'm Kristiina, a Finnish lawyer living in Malaga. I came to visit Malaga first for a long weekend, then three times for a month and then I was ready to move here permanently. Malaga is such a nice city: I love the historic center with all museums, churches, restaurants and lovely people. It's lively all around the year and you seldom find this kind of big city with a beach. And the climate is super: warmest place of Europe in winter, not too hot in the summer and 300 sunny days during the year.
Why they chose this property
I wanted to have an apartment a little bit outside the noisy historic center but close enough so that it's safe to walk home also later at night. The apartment is next to University campus without student housing and thus it is quiet to sleep.
I also liked the French balconies in this apartment, lightness and the awesome view from the shared roof top terrace.
