This is a comfort 120 m2 interior space house for 4 + 2 persons with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a spacious dining and living room. On the south sunny side there is a swimming pool 35 m2 with large beach 80 m2. Inside the pool there is a corner bench to sit and relax in the hidromassage with 4 separate valves. The house has two terraces both with a view on the pool and the house is located in a quiet area surrounded by private gardens. The guests can park car in the private open garage.

Super vacances

La maison est vraiment agréable même en cas de forte chaleur. Les propriétaires sont gentils et attentionnés. Ils nous ont même apporté leur aide pour trouver un garage suite problème voiture. Pas sûr que cela aurait été possible sans leur intermédiaire.

Unbeschreiblich schön

Wir haben wunderschöne Urlaubstage verbracht. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool waren, wie beschrieben, in Top Zustand. Auch für unsere Vierbeiner Sammy und Milly haben sich auf dem Grundstück voll austoben können. Neven und seine Familie haben auf alles geachtet und dafür gesorgt dass man sich rundrum wohlfühlt. Sie haben unseren Aufenthalt in Marcana zu einem Highlight gemacht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles. Claudia, Ulrike, Monika, Sammy🐶und Milly🐶

Tolles Haus mit traumhaftem Pool

Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Bildern, der Garten sehr schön und uneinsehbar, der Pool ein Traum. Alles sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir im Urlaub brauchen, auch genug Geschirr und Besteck, die Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Neven war super, bei Fragen sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit, seine Ausflugstipps waren klasse. Zu Neven ins Haus kommen wir sehr gerne wieder, wenn es uns mal wieder nach Istrien verschlägt.

Liebe Diana, lieber Neven! Ihr ward hervorragende Gastgeber. Alles war sauber, so vorgefunden, wie beschrieben. Der Pool war einsame Spitze. Traumhaus

Traumhaus absolut identisch wie auf den Bildern. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Unser Gastgeber Neven hat uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert. Irgendwann kommen wir wieder. Eine kleine Anmerkung ein großer Sonnenschirm am Pool wäre toll.

Entspannung und Erholung vom ersten Tag an

Wir reisten als Familie mit Hund an und konnten sogar eine Stunde früher ins Haus ziehen. Der check in war herzlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus selbst war top und hatte alles was man benötigt. Den Pool haben wir genossen. Neven hat sich regelmäßig um unser Wohlbefinden erkundigt und gab uns Tipps was wir so in der Umgebung unternehmen konnten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Einfach abschalten und entspannen. Auch unser Familienhund Lotte hat sich entspannen können. Für einen Strandtag mit Hund können wir Facana empfehlen. Ca. 20 min entfernt. Gerade in den Morgenstunden ist es noch sehr ruhig. Es ist ein sauberer Kieselstrand mit flachem langen Einstieg. Wir können dieses Objekt nur weiterempfehlen! Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Neven und Familie für die schöne Zeit.

Tolles Haus und gute Basis für Ausflüge in Istrien

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Auto parkt schattig in der Garage. Alles ist sehr sauber und die Vermieterfamilie kommen ca 2x pro Woche um den Pool zu säubern. Dabei gab es für uns Tipps für Ausflüge, Aktion und Strände. Danke nich mal für die sehr herzliche Gastfreundschaft liebe Diana und lieber Neven. Ein schattiges Plätzchen am Pool wäre noch schön aber sonst war alles mehr als perfekt.

Toller Familienurlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Es ist komplett ausgestattet und machte auf uns einen absolut neuwertigen Eindruck. Uns fällt nichts ein, an was es uns im Ferienhaus gefehlt hätte: Küchenausstattung, Gartenmöbel auf den beiden Terrassen, Liegen und Aussendusche am Pool, Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer..... alles top. Der Vermieter Neven hat uns herzlich empfangen und war auch bei Fragen immer für uns erreichbar. Vielen Dank auch nochmal für die vielen guten Ausflugstipps!! Marcana selbst ist ein kleines Dorf mit einer Pizzeria, einem kleinen Café und zwei ganz kleinen Lebensmittelläden. Für Unternehmungen oder abends zum Essen gehen, ist man auf ein Auto/Fahrrad angewiesen. Die nächsten sehr guten Restaurants sind ca 5 Fahrminuten entfernt. Bis Pula bzw. bis zur nächsten Autobahnauffahrt sind es ca 10 km. Die nächsten Strände sind ca. 10 km bzw. 15 km entfernt.

Ausgezeichneter Urlaub

Wir waren im August für eine Woche vor Ort Das Haus ist genauso schön wie es beschrieben wurde in einer herrlichen ruhigen Lage. Es ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Besonders der schöne große Pool war total super. Neven ist ein exzellenter Gastgeber. Er kümmerte sich um alles, egal um welche Belange es ging. Er gab super Ausflugtipps und nannte uns auch gleich eine Corona Teststation direkt in Marcana. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren.

Traumurlaub in einem Traumhaus

Definitiv empfehlenswert! Das Haus ist bestens eingerichtet, super sauber und sehr geräumig. Die Betten waren bei der Anreise bezogen und es gab mehr als genug Handtücher, dadurch kann man sich ein Gepäckstück sparen. Der Pool erfüllt alle Badewünsche und die Lage ist perfekt, um einige Strände oder Städte sternförmig zu erkunden. Neven und seine Familie haben sich rührend um alles gekümmert. Rundum ein Traumurlaub!

Man kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen

Wir waren dort fast 12 Tage mit unserem Hund. Das Haus ist so wie auf den Bilder. Sehr schön und sehr gut gepflegt. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommen. Es hat uns in dem Haus nicht gefehlt und es war sehr erholsam. Vielen Dank an Neven und Diana

Fantastic experience!

This is a very nice house with a lot of space and all you need for a wonderful vacation. The house is well equipped, newly renovated and in a very good and clean shape. The pool is just wonderful. The host was extraordinary hospitable and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there and would love to come back. Thank you very much again.
