This welcoming villa lies near the town of Orgiva, and it is characterised by a rustic and, at the same time, modern style. This ensures you and your family will enjoy yourself during your well-deserved holidays.

This holiday rental features three bedrooms equipped as follows: one bedroom is provided with a double bed, one has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe, and the third one is furnished with two single beds. There is one bathroom with shower at your disposal. Moving to the living area will make you appreciate a rustic atmosphere, which is a great reason to spend more time inside. Whether you want to take a nap or enjoy delicious meals, this room has it all: comfortable sofas and a dining area facing a stone fireplace. And, as if it weren't enough, it shares space with a small, but completely-equipped open kitchen.

The villa is provided with two fans and two electric radiators.

The outdoor patio that surrounds the villa is an excellent place to enjoy the sunshine and the warm summer nights. There is a huge private pool and sun loungers to sunbathe as much as you want, which are located near an outdoor dining area and a covered barbeque. The front of the villa also welcomes a huge covered porch.

The access to the villa is made possible by a paved lane.

La maison est situé en plein milieu de petites fermettes (cortijo) vraiment beaucoup apprécié. Le calme total, idéale pour se ressourcer complètement. La petite communauté rurale d'Orgiva n'est pas très loin, moins de trois km, donc pas besoin de faire une grande distance pour trouver le nécessaire (supermarché, boucherie, boulangerie). Patricia, la propriétaire est à l'écoute à la moindre demande, de toute façon la maison est très bien équipée (barbec, four, matériel de cuisine complet). La région de l'Alpujarra est très belle, j'aimerais la visiter au printemps... Important, la piscine et les espaces extérieures sont entretenue tous les 3 jours par les parents de Patricia.

Lo 1° a destacar es la gran amabilidad y atención por parte de Patricia para que nuestra estancia fuese lo más agradable posible. Y lo 2°, lo bonita y bien equipada que tienen la casa, sólo hay que llegar y disfrutar. El único "inconveniente" (para los que tengáis coche bajito) son los tramos de camino sin asfaltar hasta llegar al cortijo.

Al llegar a la casa nos encontramos con varias mejoras : han instalado mampara en el baño, incluso cuenta con un baño más en la zona de piscina. La casa cuenta con todas las comodidades y hemos podido disfrutar mucho de todas las estancias. Los caseros fueron muy amables desde el primer momento incluso nos facilitaron un horario de los días que acuden a limpiar la zona exterior. Hemos disfrutado mucho tanto nosotras como nuestro perro. Gracias por hacernos sentir tan cómodas y por vuestra amabilidad, repetiremos! :) Muy recomendable

This was our third time in Orgiva but this was by far the best Villa we have stayed at. The pool was a good size, very clean and a pleasant temperature during our stay. Our 10 year old daughter was in it from morning to night. The terrace and outside seating areas were perfect for dining al fresco, star gazing and soaking up the beautiful views.
