The property was excellent, clean and really well situated for our trip to visit my brothers children
Only slight problem was the outside stair to the 1st floor which i found difficult to navigate with my dodgy knees
We entertained family while there. There was ample space and cutlery etc
A shortage of serving dishes so we boight a couple and gifted them to the flat

Property was easy to get to and offroad parking was great. Getting access to the property was easy and great instructions were sent after booking.
When we entered the property it was clear to see and smell it has a moisture problem which is why dehumidifiers are running all the time. This can't be helped I guess due to the age of the building. One of the biggest problems was the amount of visible mould around different areas of the property which I had to clean. The balcony door was the worst and some of the curtains show sign of mould to. The other main issue was that it had been double booked for the last night and luckily I stayed with a friend for this night or it would have made for a very awkward conversation when the other guest arrived and we will still in the property. I had taken all of my things with me on the last night but we were obviously conscious that some things may have been left behind as it was still ours for the last night, or we thought it was anyway. It was a shock when I arrived back on the morning of check out to find someone else inside that had been there overnight. This was explained as error on the booking site and the host did refund me for the night. Overall the property is in a good location for Doncaster city centre but I feel does need a good deep clean in my opinion with an effort to eliminate some of the mould in most rooms if possible. Great communication from the host though and quick to respond.
Had a bit of difficulty opening the door onto balcony. Dirty in places. There was an ashtray on outside window sill that hadn’t been emptied & sill was very dirty. We won’t be staying again.
The whole process was of very good standard. From booking online, to staying. The flat was everything you wanted and more, private parking, balcony, and very clean. Will be booking again.

It is ideally situated close to town, shopping and easy motorway access.
