About this property

Family house in a quiet, wooded environment, close to the beach and the oyster port to taste good oysters from the basin. We offer 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and a bedroom with 1 90 cm bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a large kitchen and a bathroom.
All the parts are redone.
The cycle path at 50 meters favors bike rides.

Très bon séjour maison et grand jardin agréable - idéal avec enfants

Séjour très agréable avec nos 2 enfants de 3 ans et 3 mois. Vélos, jouets de plage et de jardin à dispo ainsI que tout l’équipement pour bébé et enfant (lit parapluie, baignoire plastique, chaise haute). Le jardin est très grand et très appréciable (surtout après un confinement vécu à Paris). La maison est grande, un petit coup de peinture lui ferait du bien mais en vacances c’est un détail insignifiant. Prioritaires discrets et charmants avec qui nous avons apprécié discuter et qui sont immédiatement allés acheter le moindre équipement manquant pour rendre notre séjour agréable (sets de table, matelas bébé etc). Emplacement idéal pour sillonner autour du Bassin.

Très agréable semaine passée à Taussat où nous avons pu découvrir la dune du Pilat, le Cap Ferret , les grosses vagues de l'Atlantique,... et le château de la Brède. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, discrets et pleins de bons conseils.

Très bon séjour!

Nos 3 enfants et nous mêmes avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette location, fonctionnelle et décorée avec soin. Le rez-de-chaussée donne de toute part sur un très grand jardin, et la maison est située à moins de 10min d'une jolie plage du bassin. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et discrets. Les photos sont bien conformes à la réalité.

Très agréable week-end dans cette villa

Cette villa est très bien située au cœur du bassin et permet de découvrir idéalement les 2 côtés du bassin d'Arcachon. Très proche de la plage à pied ou à vélo (prêtés par les propriétaires), elle est dotée d'un beau jardin au calme. La location est fonctionnelle et très agréable. Les propriétaires sont très attentifs et conseillent sur les meilleurs endroits.
