Two bedrooms, each with their own balconies, one overlooks the pool, the other State Park Hardwood Hammock. There is plenty of room for the family to spread out with the sleeper sofa in the living room. Two lovely updated full bathrooms. Four upstairs/downstairs porches/balconies give this townhouse such a comfortable feel! So much to do in Kawama Yacht Club offering an oceanside marina with dockage available to rent, fishing pier, beach, saltwater lagoon, two pools, large, well maintained sandy fenced in playground, and popular tennis courts and kids playground.
