Transnant Cottage in New Quay, Ceredigion, sleeps four in two bedrooms.
Trawsnant Cottage in a stone-barn conversion housing an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area with woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, washing machine and for entertainment there is a TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi and a selection of CDs, books and games. The bedrooms include a double and a twin, served by a bathroom. To the outside there is a private garden with shared access to 35 acres of land with streams, wildlife ponds and bridleways, along with a hot tub and off-road parking for two cars. Within 3 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach and please note, two well-behaved pets are welcome but there is no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Trawsnant Cottage is a great choice at any time of year. Note: EV charging is strictly prohibited. Note: No children under 8.
