Stunning apartments in Costa Teguise. Located close to the beach, you can also enjoy the pool of the complex where you can find sunbeds and a nice and ample area where you can fully relax. They are all equipped with a double bed bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, fridge, kettle, electric coffee maker, induction kitchen, amongst other amenities, including the washing machine. The apartment also has a furnished terrace, which has an extensive size. The living room is also fully equipped, and there you can find a TV with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and is connected to the dining room and kitchen. The bathroom has all the essentials, including a hairdryer... Costa Teguise is located on the eastern side of Lanzarote, close to the capital and only 10 to 15 minutes by car from the airport. It offers all types of accommodations and activities. Costa Teguise is one of the most attractive tourist areas on Lanzarote thanks to its array of lodgings, beaches, services and the tranquillity one breathes around it. Nice quiet area

The property is in a nice quiet complex.In the garden area there are sun beds and chairs, none of these gave cushions.The bedrooms have one double bed and 2 single beds.Kitchen is reasonably equipped, please note kettle and toaster are above microwave, push the cupboard door to open.There are no instructions for TV and on-screen instructions were in Spanish. It would be nice to have some instructions on use.The overall apartment is starting to look a bit tired but is fine if you are only going for a few weeks.It is a 20 minute steady walk by the promenade to Costa Teguise plaza. There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants within a five minute walk.There is no reception area to store your luggage.We would return again.

Perfect week stay

The place is in a great location, a main road nearby with options for food and drinks and a supermarket to top up on necessities. 20 min walk into the main area for some great food and drink too. The property itself had everything you need for making food there if needed. The sun beds by the pool aren’t the comfiest and the majority are cracked so make sure you pack a comfy towel to lay on. No issues in getting a sunbed though, plenty available throughout the day.

Great place . Everything you need is there . Quite location . Bars and restaurants 5 min walk . Great stay had a nice relaxing holiday . Will be returning to this property when next in Lanzarote. 10 / 10 👍

Lovely flat and clean and well maintained (unheated) pool, any issue with accommodation resolved by owners, although TV unable to link to Prime or Netflix (not problem for us). Good area, with flat 15 minute walk to main area. Only had one set of keys provided, eventually got second set. Would be happy to stay here again

We had a wonderful week staying at Costa Teguise. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a lovely, large outdoor seating area which was perfect. The apartment was about a half hour walk from the centre of Costa Tequise but we liked this as we enjoyed walking down the promenade. The emails made it a little tricky to find the exact location so I would recommend asking for the full address beforehand. I would recommend this apartment to others.

The lovely quiet complex is around a 20-minute walk from Costa Teguise's main square. The apartment is a few steps from the lovely pool, although we never had a chance to use it due to the bad weather when we visited. The apartment was more than big enough for the two of us and was exceptionally clean. The bed and pillows are comfy and the shower was great. There are some excellent restaurants within a 5-minute walk of the apartment. Number 10, Bica, and El Navarro are all fantastic and we would highly recommend them. Finally we would like to say a big thanks to Jorge … a great host. He was incredibly quick to answer and the video on how to find the apartment is invaluable

L'appartement correspond bien aux photos. Il est propre et bien agencé. La grande salle de bain est vraiment appréciable. Bien situé à quelques minutes à pieds de Playa Bastián. La piscine est vraiment top et bien entretenue.
