The flat is located on the top floor of the building and has no elevator access, only stairs.
This spacious two bedroom apartment features a stylish living room with a nice homely feel. With a large 3 seater sofa, a tv an open kitchen and a dining table, its the perfect space to relax or enjoy a home-cooked meal. The kitchen is equipped with all the mod-cons, including a stove, oven and refrigerator.
There are 2 bright and airy double bedrooms, each room is tastefully decorated and both come equipped with comfortable double beds as well as plenty of storage for your belongings.
NOTE: There is ongoing construction next door so some noises are to be expected during normal working hours (9 am-5 pm).
Guests will have access to the entire home! There are only stairs for access to the flat which is located on the 3rd floor.
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
The apartment is set in the heart of Tollcross, where Sean Connery was a milkman before he was 007! Lothian Road has everything you will ever need with trendy bars, restaurants and cafes. 2 minutes walk from the apartment is the beautiful Meadows, Edinburgh's largest manicured park.
The start of the Union Canal is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment, which is perfect for those adventurous enough to want to cycle to Glasgow on a completely flat track.
The apartment sits to the south side of the city centre, with everything within easy walking distance.
Lothian Road is also one of the main bus routes in and out of the city and there are buses throughout the day every 3-4 minutes.
There are also numerous car rental stores nearby, perfect for longer day trips.

The access is up 3 flights of stairs
Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
MARCH-APRIL-MAY available only for EMERGENCY housing There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
