Thoughtfully designed, this room features a comfortable double bed adorned with high-quality linens for a peaceful night's sleep. The room also boasts a pantry with a mini 4L fridge and a kettle, perfect for brewing your favorite hot beverages. A flat-screen TV awaits, offering entertainment and relaxation after a day of exploration.
The room is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Note: The room does not have a kitchen. However, we provide a kettle, a mini 4L fridge, cups, tea, and coffee for your stay. There is also no washing machine in the flat; however, there are nearby laundromats if needed.
On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
