This newly designed home is located on the 1st floor via stairs of a beautiful 2 floor building in the heart of West Kensington.Featuring 2 double bedrooms, spacious living and dining area and modern kitchen with the essentials. Appliances for your use include a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, and smart TV. The home is equipped with Ultra Fast Broadband with usual minimum speeds of 100mpbs - perfect for working from home. There are also two fans available for your convenience. Fresh hotel quality linen, towels and toiletries are provided during your stay. And iron, iron board and hair dryer are also available. The home is located on a quiet road with excellent transport links within a couple minutes walking.
Guests have access to the entire home.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
West Kensington is a busy residential district that’s home to Olympia London, a massive events centre hosting festivals, conventions, and trade fairs. North End Road offers no-frill Asian and Middle Eastern eateries, while gastropubs in the area have modern menus and craft beer. Barons Court Theatre is an intimate venue staging niche productions, and the Queen’s Club hosts tennis tournaments with big-name players.
We are located between Baron's Court and West Kensington Underground stations, both within a 5 minute walk. Buses, Uber and taxi cars are readily available in London.
Please note the home is currently on the housing market and we may require viewings during your stay with notice.
Please note there is ongoing construction down the street (not in or directly outside the home) where noise can be heard. Please note no compensation will be provided for this. We are not aware of any end date and we do not expect significant disturbances.
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
