If you are looking for a place to spend your holidays and relax in the province of Malaga, take a look at this rural house about 3 km from Arenas. The dreamlike views and the amenities provided in this villa allow you to enjoy your well-deserved vacation in an environment that you will hardly forget. Enjoy the warm temperatures of this area of Andalusia while falling in love with the clear views that stretch before your eyes: the valley at your feet, decorated with various villages and whitewashed houses, blends delicately with the blue of the Mediterranean Sea.

The house is spread over one floor. The first floor that you can see in the photos is the owners' storage room, which remains closed to guarantee complete privacy for you and your family.

The main room, whose light decoration provides a cozy atmosphere, is equipped with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a beautiful television, as well as a dining table and access to the fully equipped independent kitchen. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms complete the layout of the house: the master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub; the other two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) share a bathroom with a shower.

The entire house is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning.

The spacious outdoor area has a porch with a chill-out area, ideal for enjoying the views on warm summer evenings. From the porch, you can access the large terrace, equipped with sun loungers and a fabulous private pool so you can enjoy the Andalusian weather.

Access to the house is possible thanks to a 7 km concrete lane, typical of the mountainous area where this house is located. The lane is characterized by curves and slopes, which will lead you to enjoy dreamlike views once you reach the house.

We have reluctantly just returned from an amazing two week break at this beautiful, peaceful villa.

We have reluctantly just returned from an amazing two week break at this beautiful, peaceful villa. The views are breathtaking and the villa offers peace and quiet and time out from the real world which was just what we needed. The villa and it's surroundings are very private and the pool is just perfect for cooling down in. The grounds are well maintained with some beautiful flowers and plants. This does mean there are mosquitos. I got bitten but my husband did not. There are plenty of areas that you can sit and eat, read, rest or relax in watching sunrise or sunset. The villa itself is everything you would possibly need and more. All pots, pans, cutlery etc are all there. Spare bed linen for the really comfy beds and plenty of towels. The washing machine and dishwasher are really useful too. There's a great sized TV with chrome cast should you need it and the settee is huge and also very comfy. There are bits and bobs also available such as sun cream, bug spray books etc. Admittedly the drive up the mountain does take a little bit of nerve but you soon get used to it and once you look out over the mountains down to the sea it makes it all worthwhile. We were mesmerised by the amazing views and even left our binoculars behind for someone else to enjoy checking out the area. Manuel is an amazing host. Always contactable and easy to communicate with. He always checks in with you and let's you know if he's coming to clean the pool or water the garden etc. The meeting point was easy to locate and only 20 minutes away. We hired a SUV and explored the area which we highly recommend. If we could have stayed longer then we would have. If you are considering booking then do it, you won't regret it.

Wie immer in Andalusien haben wir nur freundliche und nette Menschen kennengelernt. Das Wetter war super. Wie immer war alles klasse und in Ordnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hierher werden wir nochmal fahren. Die Anfahrt ist gewöhnungsbedürftig aber klasse. Tiefergelegtes Auto nicht empfehlenswert aber Automatik schon! (:-).Manuel ist ein toller Gastgeber und sehr aufmerksam. Er fragt immer ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir haben kein Hundegebell oder ähnliches gehört. Da haben wir auch andere Erfahrungen schon gemacht. In der Finca fehlt nichts, alles vorhanden. Deutsches Fernsehen mit Waipu oder Chromecast kein Problem. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Algarrobo-Costa reichlich vorhanden (Aldi, Lidl, Mercado, Friseur und alles andere auch). Alles in allem ...ein Wiederkommen wert!

Panoramablick auf das Meer, die Berge und Malaga. An manchen Tagen kann man sogar Afrika sehen! Wir haben 4 Wochen in Villa de Manuel verbracht. Jeden Abend Barbecue auf der Veranda – spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge! Die Gartenmöbel sind sehr bequem. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In manchen kälteren Nächten wärmt die Warm/Kalt-Klimaanlage im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer den Raum problemlos. Die Straße zur Villa ist eine typische Bergstraße – außerdem ist sie betoniert :) Wir hatten ein Economy-Auto – kein Problem. Manuel – ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. DANKE.

Beautiful home! The view!!

We had such a good time. Manuel was very helpful. When we had a question, he directly respond on our message! He was very nice. Though we had constantly privacy. The house is perfect, everything is available. And the view, that is so so so beautiful. So peaceful and quit. And also a lot of playground for the kids. It’s a bumpy way up the hill, to get the 550 meters up. But then the view, it’s worth it.! Thanks Manuel.

Nach einer 13-stündigen Fahrt war die Besitzer Manuel gab uns einen Treffpunkt, Manuel brachte uns zur Villa, die Aussicht von dieser Villa ist großartig (Berge und Meer), wenn Sie Ruhe und Erholung suchen und diese Villa mieten müssen, der Pool ist erstklassig , Manuel kommt zweimal pro Woche, um es zu putzen, wir sind umgeben von Obstbäumen, Pflanzen, Palmen usw., alles für totale Erholung, die Villa hat alles, was man braucht, es fehlt nichts, die Sauberkeit ist einwandfrei, die Villa ist wunderschön eingerichtet, Manuel ist Sehr, sehr nett, er hat uns viele Tipps für Besichtigungen von Orten gegeben, Manuel kümmert sich sehr gut um seine Mieter, wir haben uns gerne mit ihm unterhalten, ein riesiges Dankeschön an alle, ich kann diese Villa zu 100 % empfehlen. Wir haben 3 außergewöhnliche Wochen verbracht, a riesengroßes Dankeschön an Manuel 👌😁

Sicherlich ist der Weg (ca. 20 Minuten) dorthin etwas schmal und es geht ziemlich bergauf, aber die Aussicht vom Haus aus ist Tag und Nacht außergewöhnlich. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wird alle 2 oder 3 Tage von Manuel gepflegt. Manuel ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der seinen Kunden zuhört. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. DANKE

A peaceful spot with magnificent views

We loved this accommodation. The villa was well equipped and clean, and had a very pretty garden and a fantastic, panoramic view. The drive to the villa is a bit bumpy, although we understand the road is to be resurfaced shortly. We managed it without difficulty in a Fiat 500 and the short, 20 minute drive up the mountainside was worth it. Manuel, the owner, was great. He met us near Algarrobo and guided us up to the villa on the best route. He was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We so enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Uns hat alles gefallen, das Haus, dem es an nichts fehlt, die Sauberkeit, die schöne Einrichtung mit Liebe zum Detail. Und das Äußere mit seinem Grill, den wir genutzt haben, und dem Pool. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Es ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort, an dem Sie abschalten können, und es liegt in der Nähe des Strandes. Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Lage hoch oben in den Bergen mit toller Aussicht sowohl tagsüber als auch abends. Ich möchte die Freundlichkeit und Freundlichkeit des Besitzers Manuel hervorheben, der per SMS mit uns in Kontakt blieb, um sicherzustellen, dass unser Aufenthalt angenehm ist und ob wir nichts brauchen. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Woche. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Als je gaat voor rust, ontspanning en privacy is dit 'the place to be'. Een schitterend huis met geweldig uitzicht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Manolo is ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en attent. Hij staat 24/7 voor je klaar :-). De weg door de heuvels naar het huis is uitdagend om te rijden en erg leuk en mooi. Het is heel goed om te doen, maar zorg wel voor een auto met een beetje power. Kortom: een absolute aanrader!

Perfekt ausgestattet, unglaubliche Aussicht (die Fotos werden trotz spektakulärer Aussicht nicht der außergewöhnlichen Aussicht gerecht), absolute Ruhe und Manuel immer sehr aufmerksam und bereit, bei jedem Problem zu helfen. Reinigen Sie den Pool alle zwei / drei Tage. Der Stadtrat muss Teile der Zufahrt verbessern, was abenteuerlich ist.

Superb gut ausgestattetes Haus in den Höhen mit einer außergewöhnlichen Aussicht. Es ist ziemlich weit von den anderen Villen entfernt. Wir wurden sehr gut von Manuel aufgenommen, der super nett ist. Im Garten finden wir insbesondere grüne und schwarze Feigen oder Weintrauben. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr.

Wunderschön gelegen und besonders schöne Aussicht. Auf schlechten Straßen muss man zwar etwas hochfahren, aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Genießen Sie die Natur mit einem schönen Garten, einem schönen Swimmingpool und einer geräumigen Veranda, auf der Sie bis spät sitzen können. Der Besitzer Manuel hat sich als guter Gastgeber erwiesen und uns das Gefühl gegeben, sein Haus in perfektem Zustand zu halten. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit, in der wir uns entspannt haben.
