It is located on the central pedestrian street where the main market with all the shops is and the hosts cannot be closer to the town centre and all the hot spots of the picturesque town of Sitia. This cosy maisonette is ideal for those who want to enjoy the comfort offered by the central position of the house with walking distance to everything the hosts might like to do. Either for enjoying a romantic walk at the marina or a noisy night out at the restaurants/bars, getting away from routine, spending quality family time, exploring and moving around or just staying in relaxing and enjoying the amazing terrace.

The space is ideal for all type of hosts: couples, friends, families with children because it is divided by internal stairs in 2 different levels and offers independence and more options, is modern and bright with a big terrace at the 2nd floor where the bedroom is and a balcony at the 1st floor where the living /dinning rooms are.

The bedroom has a really comfortable bed, a/c for securing the right temperature and it receives the morning light thanks to the terrace just outside. There is space for an extra bed to be added next to the double bed, if needed. It is a fantastic space which can be used any time of the day for relaxing, having meals or enjoying the Greek light and sun under the protection of the big tent.

The kitchen is a really spacious and fresh room with lots of storage and fully equipped with all necessary items for cooking meals.
The dinning room is a separate area among the kitchen and the living room which allows enjoyable dinning time

The living room is a really comfortable and cosy, nicely decorated room with comfortable and modern furniture such as a big sofa-bed with good quality sofa mattresses which can be used as 2 singles or
a double bed, an air-conditioning that allows the hosts to regulate the room temperature as they wish.

All windows and doors have mosquitoes net.

There is an extra door (with lock) for isolating the entrance stairs from the 1st floor and a safety gate on the top of the stairs of the 2nd floor for peace in mind for our guests with little children.

The property has all necessary equipment for comfortable and longer holidays.
