Villa Graciosa sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and is a short walk from both the beach and Playa Blanca's best water park. The villa benefits from A/C, Electrically heated pool and a HOT TUB

Villa Graciosa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms can be made up as either two double bedrooms (1 x king-size & 1 Super King) and 1 twin room, or as 1 double room (King bed) and 2 twin bedrooms.

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and the master bedroom has air conditioning (all A/C works on a coin operated system), along with an en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom is a shower room, with toilet and wash basin.

The kitchen is through a set of salon doors and is very well equipped. Its fitted with real wood units and has plenty of work space for preparation on both sides of the kitchen. The kitchen has the following equipment, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, ceramic hob and an abundance of cooking utensils to satisfy the most enthusiastic of chefs. Out through the doors the other side of the kitchen you have a grassed area with a hot tub and a sofa and some plants. This is an open air area which allows you to soak up the sun or star gaze at night whilst enjoying the hot tub in the perfect climate Lanzarote offers. (Please ask for prices for the hot tub)

On exiting the kitchen, you arrive in the lounge. As with the rest of the property, the lounge has a very African theme. The real wood African furniture blends well with the modern appliances. There's a large 50" LCD TV with an excellent choice of channels (including BBC 1 & 2, ITV, Channel 4 & 5 + all of the Sky channels including the movies & sports), DVD player (DVD's not supplied) a large leather suite and for your listening pleasure an excellent sound system. The villa also boasts unlimited Fibre internet (wireless) connection FREE of Charge.

Exiting the lounge, brings you onto the south facing sun terrace, which provides a sea view and in particular views of the lighthouse. The terrace has a beautiful stone table which has 6 very comfortable 'sun garden' chairs and a built in Canarian style BBQ, which is perfect for alfresco dinning and watching the sunset. The sun terrace also over looks the heated pool which has space for sunbathing on the sun loungers. The terrace has a pergola with in built lighting, perfect for outdoor dining at any time of the day. Just before the BBQ starts there is a gate leading to a separate stairway which leads up to the roof terrace, this area is grassed and is an amazing large space with an uninterrupted view out to the sea and Fuerteventura.

Villa Graciosa is located in the residential area of Montana Roja, which is just a 10 minute walk from the fabulous beach of Playa Flamingo, which also has an array of shops, restaurants and bars. From here you can stroll along the new promenade via the ferries in the old harbour and then onto the centre of Playa Blanca. Once in the centre there are even more restaurants and bars to choose from.

Towels and linen (Including pool towels) are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday.

HOT TUB: There is an additional per day charge for use of the Hot Tub. Please ask for details.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.

CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative.

WHERE TO EAT. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef. Ask us for more information about his BBQ packs, tapas or paella evenings plus much more. Details are in the villa.

A WELCOME PACK consisting, of tea, Water, Sugar, Orange Juice, Beer, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.

Betten gemütlich jede Menge Geschirr Kapselmaschine Parken ca. 30 Meter entfernt auf der Straße Billiard auf der Dachterrasse mit zusätzlichen Kühlschrank dazu noch Sitzbereich und Stühle jede Menge Platz absolut toller Blick in Richtung Meer / Süden / Fuerte..... Tolle Villa zum relaxen, baden, faulenzen.....

A good villa but you'll need coins for the air conditioning.

The villa was very clean on arrival (although we did keep finding plastic yellow ball bearings from a toy gun around the place). The welcome pack of basic essentials, including beer and wine was a nice touch. The roof terrace is excellent with great views and it's the kind of thing that makes you want to live out here longer term! The pool was lovely and warm and had the sun all day, although it's the first we've had a pool with sloped sides all round the bottom. The bbq grill level can be raised by a handle to adjust how close the food is to the heat, which was really good. You will need to hold it in place though otherwise gravity drops it back down. Top tip, use a 5L bottle of water to 'lock' the handle. The owners, or at very least the family looking after the property, live below / behind the property and were quickly on hand to help out or answer any questions in person. The kitchen cupboards are well stocked with useful equipment that you’ve have in a house that’s ‘lived in’ rather than just a holiday let. The pictures in the advert for the villa are how it actually is (Sept 2023) with the exception of the day bed by the pool that wasn't there. The air conditioning is only available by coin payment. This should have been more obvious in the listing rather than a bracketed section in the description because the list of main features doesn't mention it. In a post COVID world where generally cash is used much less, let alone coins, this was a pain to keep feeding the meter. There's a tablet that apparently has information about the villa and the local area but it didn't work and no amount of turning it off and on again was going to fix it. The WhatsApp number on the printed sheet in the kitchen for the management company went unanswered. Overall, I’d recommend this villa but it’s likely to suit families rather than a couple looking for a luxury experience. We were a family.

Fantastic week spent at Villa Graciosa!

The villa was fab. It was clean when we arrived, we loved the welcome pack and how easy it was to find the villa, instructions from Villas Now before we arrived were so clear and helpful. When we got there the bed in the master bedroom was broken but this was sorted out straight away and our in resort contact was really helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was a lot bigger than it looked in the photos and we all loved it (2 adults with 2 21 year olds and a 17 year old) and the pool table. We would definitely recommend this villa if you like a quiet neighbourhood that isn't too far from the resort centre (it was a bit of a trek but the bus is cheap if you don't want to walk too much!) The tablet which was in the villa to find information didn't work but it didn't spoil our holiday but may have been useful. I did miss having a mirror in any of the bedrooms for getting ready and it would have been nice if the firepit worked - we only managed to light it once.

A fabulous Villa in a great location!

Everything! It was clean, had everything we needed, had lots of space. The hosts were so helpful and accommodating, the pool was warm, the pool table on the roof was fun, the hot tub was an added luxury and the location was perfect for walking to the beach, bars and restaurants and also for a base to explore the island in our hire car. Comfy villa close to all amenities

Excellent Villa!

This is a really amazing villa, probably one of the best we have stayed in Playa Blanca. Very well equipped, super clean and spacious. We have stayed here before and the recent updates make what was already a great villa, amazing! The furnished roof terrace really is a brilliant addition. The location is peaceful and quiet and only a short 10 minute stroll (if that) to Flamingo Beach and a further 10 minutes to the main town. The ‘welcome pack’ was very much appreciated, particularly as we arrived late and all the shops were closed. Quick and easy correspondence and the booking experience was stress free and efficient. We had the most amazing time and will definitely be back (again) Honestly can’t think of anything

Good Location, great for a cheeky week in the sun

Location was good, just 10/15 mins to walk into Playa Flamingo. Well equipped villa, all you need in the kitchen, board games and we made lots of use of the pool table and hot tub. The tv package was useful for the cooler evenings in November. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Graciosa. No gas in the fire pit on the roof terrace which was a shame (may be this was a chargeable extra). The layout is a little disjointed but fine for adults. Better sunbeds would be nice.

Great holiday in Villa Graciosa

We have just spent 12 days at Villa Graciosa which was our 2nd visit to this villa and the updates that have been completed are fantastic. We could not fault the villa and it has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Our first visit was in 2020 during the Pandemic and the area was extremely quiet. The downside of the semi-detached villa is that you are very close to neighbours and if you are looking for complete privacy and peace and quiet this is not the villa for you. That was the only downside for us at this property. However, overall we had a great stay and the views from the roof terrace are amazing and this is a great space to sit with a G&T and relax.

Brilliant Villa

Amazing

We have just returned from the most wonderful week at Villa Graciosa! It had 3 very spacious bedrooms, sitting room and two bathrooms! The kitchen also had everything we needed and it was so clean! Any queries we had were answered very efficiently and the lady we dealt with was so lovely! The pool was spotless and the rooftop area was fantastic with the most beautiful views! 10/10 cannot wait to return!

Fab villa

The villa is in a good location and in a peaceful spot. The owners attention to detail really made a difference with this villa and they go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. Have stayed in many villas all over the world and can honestly say this villa is amo gst the best for the money we paid.

Very enjoyable stay

Accomodation really suited us and the location whilst not central was absolutely fine as we rented bikes (I'd reccomend this). Really nice place to stay and would like to go again. We had an issue with the swimming pool and whilst Sally from villasnow was very responsive and helpful the pool cleaner was not and was rude.

A good getaway

The chance to get away during what is an awful time worldwide was welcoming. We initially booked Casa Hawkshead but due to extenuating circumstances had to alter the accomodation last minute. Whilst the property provides the essentials, we did not feel it necessarily deserved the price tag attached. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay at Villa Graciosa, and the owners are extremely helpful. The nearest supermarket is approximately 400 meters, that is situated within a hotel complex, which only stocks basics. It should be made clear that a car is essential for larger shopping trips!!

Amazing stay!

Fab time at Villa Graciosa

We have just had a 10 day holiday in Villa Graciosa and it has been thoroughly enjoyable. A very well equipped villa with a beautiful totally private roof terrace for evening drinks with a sea view. It is an unusual time in Lanzarote as it is so quiet but we felt very safe everywhere we went and had a great holiday. Jason & Sally were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend a stay at Villa Graciosa. We will be returning in January and again later next year !

Property is listed as a Villa, but should really be classed as an apartment, with a pool, as there are people living underneath, there is also another property attached. Not very private when by the pool, can be seen from next door and the road. Very unclear if there is off-road parking at the property or not. It IS a spacious property and was quite clean, but we wouldn’t personally stay there again, as we felt that it was quite expensive for what we got.

Comfy bed, good quality, although somewhat tired linen and a decent pool. Kitchen well equipped. Several lights in and around the property not working, garden/pool not very well lit at night. Pool area not at all private, gate needs to be coveredblocked from view of street and rear wall, the walkway to Villa del Sol is only a few feet high and pool area is very exposed as a result. Thought property description as a villa rather misleading as there are people living underneath the property and prospective renters should be aware of this and also that the property is semi detached, not detached as photographs may indicate. Wi Fi info out of date.

Lovely Villa, will definately return

I've just returned from a relaxing 10 day stay with a friend in this beautiful villa and will definitely return. It's located in a quiet neighbourhood and within easy walking distance from Flamingo Beach with a couple of supermarkets and a variety of restaurants. If you want to venture further afield, it is easy and cheap to get a taxi to the centre of Playa Blanca (although you can walk there in about 25-30 min.) I would also recommend going to Marina Rubicorn which is about a 15 min. taxi journey away. It's a beautiful waterfront location with shops and restaurants and a market on Wednesdays and Saturday mornings. The villa itself has all the facilities you need for a very comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We decided to pay extra for the Hot tub and this was definitely worth it to add a little extra luxury and indulgence! The "pay as you go" Air Con system works well, as we only wanted to use it in the evenings. On arrival there was a "welcome pack" with some alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks which provided a nice touch. The only recommendation I have is in relation to the towels and bed linen. It would be good if it can be replaced once a week, especially if you're staying for more than a week. I will definitely return to this Villa and will also recommend it to friends.

An Excellent Place to Stay

This villa was ideally placed within Playa Blanca. It was far enough away from the beach and the town to give you some quiet and privacy but close enough to walk to all amenities when you wanted to be in the middle of everything or take part in activities. The property description said it was 10 minutes away from all the amenities and it was exactly as stated. The villa itself is well equipped, and the pool and hot tub add extra comfort to your visit. Having teenagers, we found that the property having Wi-Fi was an added bonus. It was very clean and tidy on arrival and there were some nice touches on arrival which felt very welcoming. Parking was easy and with the main LZ2 road a short drive away, we were able to get to all of the sights of interest without any problems. The villa company were easy to deal with and were very helpful on the few questions we had prior to arriving as our trip took place over Christmas. We rarely go to the same place twice but are planning to visit here again and look forward to finding dates where this villa is available would definitely recommend this villa to our friends and family.
